I placed a very large catering order and was told by the staff at the Ridgeview Goodcents location when I called before placing my order that I could get an 11:15 Delivery on the day I requested, if I just wrote on the order, "Need 11:15 delivery", which I did. Today when my order did not get delivered at 11:15, I called the restaurant the staff acted like it was no big deal and that my order had not been picked up by DoorDash and was scheduled to be picked up for 12 noon delivery, not the 11:15 delivery time I was originally promised. When I mentioned my conversation to the staff person that I originally talked with when I placed the order, he dismissed our conversation and said "well when we talked, that was days ago". They didn't offer to contact DoorDash to get them to come quicker or offer any other solution, but when I told me I was coming to pick up the order, he asked how far away I was and that he hoped I got there before the DoorDash delivery person. He then said he would call to cancel the DoorDash delivery and take the DoorDash tip off my order. The food was good and fresh and the order was correct, but that did not make up for the fact that I had an office full of people waiting for a lunch that was to start at 11:30 and that I had to come pick up the order myself. I will order Mr. Goodcents again but I will never order from this location again because of the very poor customer service...

Whoever put the sign up that you just come in to order is a fool. If I wanted to order inside, I would have already been there. Today is hot. I decided to give this another shot. Sign taped on window drive thru broken come inside to order. The question is, if you have a staff in the building why are you asking your customers to come inside when you could easily take their order from the window? I tried that the first time this happened and the staff completely ignored me at the window. I thought later, what a crazy idea that was. Read moreThe staff was awesome! A young lady was training a new hire and we had a great conversation while I was getting my lunch. She was professional and seemed to really care about the store and her job.
My only feedback is that I would recommend putting in some kind of tint or blinds on the drive thru window area. When the sun comes in, it was blinding! With it being so cold out right now, and the heat being on, the sun was roasting me! I can't imagine that in the summertime! Otherwise, I loved the food, the staff, the music and the clean shop! I only wish I had caught the girls name up front so I could let her know how awesome she was. If I owned a business, I would LOVE to have her on my team! Thank you!!
