I have been traveling the country for the better part of this year, which has meant a lot of stays at budget hotels/motels/inns, and this was probably the most disappointing of all of them in terms of just simple, basic cleanliness. Literally, every large towel and every single bed cover had either stain(s) or hair(s) or both. Now, I have come to expect a BIT of that at most places (which I do find somewhat disappointing, but based on how often it happens to a small extent, it must be harder than I would think to nail the cleaning 100%). But this was not that. In this case, for the first time in all my travels, I was not even comfortable wrapping the top bed cover around myself because it just seemed/felt like nothing had been properly cleaned. Always possible that I just got unlucky, but I can only share my experience, so if something like that would bother you like it did me, then...

The location is a little out of the way down an almost residential street. It’s very convenient to the interstate and you could walk to the Waffle House for breakfast. Upon arriving I was at first skeptical about the quality of the stay, but one should never judge a book by its cover, nor a motel by its price. Great stay and an excellent value. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff super pleasant and friendly. The room surpassed ALL my expectations. Very practical setup for short or long term stay. We didn’t have need of the kitchen, but it’s a perfect layout that doesn’t have the appliances all crowded into a small space. You enter the suite from the sleeping area and it’s pleasantly decorated. The bed is super comfortable and the linens are clean as one would expect. I would definitely stay here again should...

The rooms are HUGE one side has a kitchen with a stove a sink cabinets and a decent size fridge a little dinner table with a bathroom on that side. Also a TV mounted on the wall. On the other side the bedroom with a huge bed very comfortable sheets another TV hung on the wall dressers and places to put your clothes. Very very clean!!! very very comfortable!!!! If you're in Orange Texas this is definitely the place to stay very affordable cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express that's up the road and it's a lot nicer and bigger. The staff is very nice polite and at your service. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!! The only thing that I did not like that there is no curtains on the windows that is something that needs to be addressed certainly to make it more private...
