The Sleep Center — Hotel in Panama City

The customer service here is exceptional. I'll start by saying I typically buy everything online. Having heard nothing but good reviews, coupled with the fact that buying a bed without trying it could be a huge waste of money I decided to give them a shot. My expectations were exceeded from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted upon entering and the showroom is a sea of beds to try in every style, firmness, etc. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and actually concerned with what I was looking for. They never tried to "up-sale" me and was their patience was refreshing since honestly I was going to be sleeping everynight on whatever I bought for the next 10-15 years. I bought the bed and paid to have it delivered\setup basically because it was insanely cheap and my house is two stories. The day they were delivering, that nervous feeling returned.... Wandering who I was about to let in my house. Once again two polite gentlemen, concerned about making my experience the best possible, setup the bed and hauled my old mattress away without grumble one. Overall the entire transaction was pleasant and flawless from beginning to end. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone. want the world to know that "The Sleep Center", In Panama City Florida, is a "GEM". I recently had back surgery, and went to get a new mattress and box spring. I went in with a friend, and found myself a new family, Jeff, was so "SUPER" he was AWESOME!!!! He explained ever thing down the color and the material of the mattress maker, Very knowledgeable, and Professional.. Then, these 2 handsome young men came brought my purchase to my residence, and "WOW" They Blew Me Aback!!!! Handsome Professional, and also "GREAT EYE-CANDY" (CUTE) Matthew and Coby. They remove the old, and brought out, and the new was brought in. The was careful about touching items in my house and knocking over anything, they were just pleasant. I want to Thank the Owner and Manager hiring such Professional Staff, that is so caring, understanding of the customers needs. The staff should be honored,

I absolutely love The Sleep Center... my last three mattresses were purchased here as well as numerous pillows and sheet sets. The shopping experience was so easy and professional-- these people really know their products! Within a few minutes we narrowed our choices down to a handful of mattresses. It was actually fun laying on them and feeling the differences. I never thought mattress buying would be so interesting but like I said, they are VERY knowledgeable about the products as well as the companies. It really was like having my own personal mattress expert there in the store with me. And the delivery was spot-on, too. I wondered who would be showing up at my door but every time they have been the nicest, most pleasant delivery people. They let me choose the day and time and then called to let me know they were on their way. Exceptional product and service all the way around....
