I had a free room because of my points and I'm glad I did not have to play for this dump. The guy asked for my credit card when he could clearly see that my room was free. He could not explain to me why he was taking the car and I had to figure it out. I asked him if it was because of incidentals and he said yes. I told him he needed to just say that instead of beating around the bush. I told him I did not appreciate the fact that they ask for incidentals without tour in the room with you. When I went in there was a big hole under the radiator and the wallpaper was coming off. I the front desk and told him that I will not be blame for a pre-existing problem, he said ok. I did not like the area, is very crappy although it was quiet. The tub was filthy with a ring around the tub in somebody else's hair and it and so was the sink. They need to update that crappy comforter and put a decent one in there period early morning the light blazing in my eyes because they have no curtains up to these windows just a cheap blind. And the air conditioner is the worst you have to turn it on 85 just to get warm and then it goes off and it's freezing again and all you hear is it coming on and off in the middle of night. The doors are metal reminding you of an institution with spills and stains all over them and the furniture needs to be either refinished or replaced, Knicks all over the furniture. If you want a nice hotel to stay in for the price they charge you here, go to the Comfort Inn in Mahwah which is where I was supposed to be staying in the first place but the points in the me up here and I was not familiar with the area. The lighting was very poor around the door and bathroom area in the room and you can see straight through those curtains from the outside. I left the light on while I ran to the store on when I came back I happened to look up and I can see straight through the room so if you're in that area they can see you getting dressed with the...
Read moreIt's not worth the cost even though the cost is very inexpensive. The personnel over the phone is very friendly however after my booking they transferred me to another rep that tried to sell me another trip. I politely declined and he continued selling me the "one-time opportunity", so I had to hang up the phone. When I arrived, someone was smoking in the lobby, which later I found out that it was a cleaning person. My room reeked of smoke. I had to open the window to air it out. By the way, the security door was wide open. The room was in very poor condition, so poor that I didn't want to sit down. The bed had bleach stains, the chair was dirty, had holes in it and was falling apart, the ceiling had paint falling off along with mold all over, the carpet was dirty, the TV stand was all scratched up. The bathroom was actually OK to my surprise at this point. I spent in my room 15 min and left the keys on the dresser because I didn't feel safe. I spent $85 for this room and this valuable lesson not to get the cheapest place around even if it's for business. From now on I will go to a hotel chain that has good reviews or that has a...

I usually don't tend to go to places like this but everywhere else was booked, not only the service sucks but the rooms suck they have a smell like Garlic, the furniture is old and the people working there don't know how to give costumers service, I asked permission if I could light up a candle and they said no, I was just trying to be romantic for my girlfriend also they ended it up kicking us out, which got me really mad, I told them that I was going to pay to the extra hours and they refused, me and my girlfriend end it up leaving really mad, but illl never step a foot there ever again. Don't be like me this is the worse.
