We got this hotel room when we selected on Priceline. This was one of three possible hotels that Priceline offered for $110. The shower was barely able to produce any water so we were able to get clean but there was hardly any flow. I believe this was room 425. We talked to another lady who stayed on the same floor and she said she had great water supply so there's something wrong with the water supply to that room. There was a breakfast included but what a pitiful breakfast it was. We got down there at around 8:00 and there's one piece of ham and one scrambled egg patty. The juice machine was broken and there was no juice, the waffle maker was in the corner turned around and non-functioning. While we were there they did produce some scrambled egg with chorizo that was pretty good. The coffee was pretty tasteless and lukewarm. The one redeeming feature on this stay was how comfortable the beds were. So bottom line at this motel if you need a comfortable bed they can provide it but be careful on which room you take. Check the shower flow before you take the room if you want a good shower. And don't trust Priceline to give you a good choice, I suppose. I must say Davy was very helpful. When the room TV didn't work he came up with his remote and turned the TV on then it worked for the rest of the stay. We weren't in a hurry and we were happy to be off the interstate when we got there, so generally we were well rested...
Read moreOIL FIELD NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS ALERT!!!!! well this is how my day goes wake up at 3pm leave the hotel by 4pm on the job at 5:30pm work all day get out the next day till 6am and get to the room at 7:00am sleep and it starts over. Well today I decided to get the room cleaned and I was going to wake up when the cleaning lady woke me up and asked if I needed service and I did told her to give me 5 minutes and I was out well that was at 10am left the room and went to buy groceries and was back at 12:30pm and wow walking into the room nothing was done. So I went to the front and asked what had happened and nothing unresponsive to what I needed done so I did it my self. So if you work in the oilfield on night shift your pretty much screwed trying to get the rooms cleaned because they leave at 1 pm back to there normal life and get to sleep well while I'm going to run on 2hr of sleep tonight maybe that's why oilfield workers get into so many accidents because of hotels that don't offer later times of...
Read moreWhen I open the room door and attempted to turn on the light switch, nothing happened. No light at all. So I gropped my way into the dark room lit only by the light coming in through the window and found the bathroom light switch. When I attempted to call down to the desk to complain about the light and that the TV wasn't working, the phone was dead. Someone had left it unplugged. The alarm clock was also unplugged. Seriously, no one in this place is doing anything at all about quality control. I complained twice about the TV not working. The first time they sent someone up and showed that if you stand inches away from the TV the remote was able to get it to come on. Then I found that you couldn't change channels so I just gave up. What a junk hotel. Find another place. Seriously, Motel 6 is probably better maintained this property. 3 stars for the location as you get to enjoy the highway...
