It was one of the better Laredo Taco Factories in the Basin concerning both Food and Service. But its gone way down. They really need two people on the front line. Stop charging for items not received or ordered. Ive tried contacting corporate on prior occasions, but they don't answer so they must not care I will be avoiding Taco Factories...
