Oak Tree Inn — Hotel in Pecos

I booked and paid room through price line then i called them to make sure room was there as price line said star 2 rating but this motel did not look like it will hold that rating. I called twice while we were on the way to pecos, tx and i have to drive 11 hour to get there.We reached there by 9 PM and they said room is not available as they rent room hourly. So we waited 45 min and got one room available out of booked 2 room. It was so nasty, hole everywhere, smelling so bad, stains everywhere. It was completely not livable and sleep able motel.you will notice when you go there what kind of people around you.But Hotel front desk manager(night time), she was nice and helped us. if they provide free accommodation with breakfast, i wont live there.

Be careful with price line too as they are the one who rated 2 star rating for this motel and Price line suggest this hotel is similar hotel like Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn but you can not compare this garbage hotel with those star 2...

This place is a dump! This is not a regular hotel; this hotel was built to service railroad employees. There is only one person working the desk at night, so you'll have to wait if they're picking up crews (20 minutes or more). About the employees. This is the last stop on a journey of poor life choices. All the good ones have been ran off, now we're left with rude, lazy, and just all around terrible people.

Now cleanliness. On 10/01/16 I checked in and the bed had been remade. Filled with body hair from the previous guest. Room 208 had bed bugs about three months. I've posted reviews on other websites with pictures of toe nails, a scorpion, giving you shampoo to wash your hands, and black stains where the chairs have never...

Hmmm....Where to begin? The huge truck stop right next door should have been my first clue. The hookers at the truck stop seemed to know the staff here on a first name basis. Once I got in the door, it took the staff 33 minutes to check me in. My room smelled like cigarettes and a dirty clothes hamper. There were holes in the ceiling above the shower. The shower curtain had mildew on it. My sheets had blood stains on it. There was no breakfast. If I could rate this a "0" star, I would. But the one positive thing I can say is that all the staff were nice and polite, they just weren't...
