Ordered a sundae & a blast through sonic app at 10:20 p.m. I added& paid for extra candy, caramel & hot fudge to my blast, but at 10:54 p.m. I got my blast only 3/4 of the way full with candy on top of shake w/ no caramel, fudge or Xtra candy. She took it back to be remade., we waited a long while and got the shake, still with no hot fudge... so we went through drive through to request it, no one answered at order com, then they drove to the window then nobody came to the window for another 3 minutes finally the same girl that brought the shake the last time went to deliver some food and I got her attention she said she would fix it then the manager finally came to the window and he said will give me your shake and I will add to it and I said no y'all taking the same shape too many times back so I prefer not to but if you'll just give me the hot fudge and the caramel that I paid for I'll just eat it like that he didn't get me to souffle cups that were only the bottom was covered with caramel and hot fudge 65 cents per Edition I am not happy with no $8 milkshake you know that I had to wait an hour for terrible service in the whole time the managers running around outside talking to everybody she knew rolling up in vehicles then she went to her truck to go smoke I'm not sure what it was but it did not look like a...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. My family and I have always loved Sonic and their drinks. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received at any Sonic. We walked up to order from the patio and pushed the red button. The screen acknowledged we had pressed the button. Meanwhile another gentleman walked up behind us then decided to walk up to the first stall and order. He received his food and we still hadn’t had our order taken yet. Then I asked an employee that was standing outside about why our order hadn’t been taken and he informed me that he was off the clock so it wasn’t his problem. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received bar none at any fast food location. I don’t care if that employee was clocked out as a representative of Sonic and wearing the uniform, he could have at least asked someone else to help me with my issue. Then Sheila came out and rudely asked for my money after I asked her nicely to please wait. First they told me I hadn’t pushed the button right, then it was that the red light didn’t turn on, then it was that they were short handed. Read moreI asked for easy ice in all 3 drinks, drinks are delivered 1 is missing, the other was packed with ice, like I think they compacted it and added more, I mentioned this to the car hop, Tashaun, or to that affect apologise for any misspelling, he told me the order taker did not mark it on the ticket, implied I must not have told her, he informed me he was a manager and that next time for easy ice he would have to charge me extra,....sine I am now getting more drink, by getting less ice, and repeated ut multiple times like I was dumb for not getting the concept, for $ 1.89 drink to charge me extra to get enough fluid I'm my 20 Oz cup to finish my meal with a drink they will charge me more cause they are apparently going broke putting what 10-12 Oz of fluid as opposed to their preferred 6oz, talk about piss on sonic next time I want a burger, they have list my business.
