Comfort Inn & Suites Ludington near US-10 — Hotel in Pere Marquette Charter Township

It's a nice new hotel the room was very nice.

However, we asked for a wake up call and never got it. We were in town to catch the Ferry to go across Lake Michigan. We woke up late and when I called the front desk that morning to ask why, the clerk made excuses for the night clerk and told me she must have forgotten as they were really busy with a full house and she is new. I read the room number printed on my phone when I made my wake up call request the night before but asked the morning girl if maybe the night girl called a room with the numbers reversed such as room 321 and she called room 123. The clerk told me no, there wasn't a wake up call for any room with my numbers.

I asked to speak with the manager and she did call me back. I expressed my concern over not getting my wake up call and while she did seem sympathetic, she said " well at least you made the ferry". I really didn't think that was a funny statement. I mentioned that the clerks response to me were just excuses and there really is no excuse for missing a wake up call. Her response was that this will be a great teaching experience for their next staff meeting tomorrow.

She asked what she could do to make my stay better, and I responded that I'm a Diamond Select Member and I'd like a refund of some of the points I used to book this stay with. She responded that she'd get back to me.

It's been a few weeks, she hasn't responded back, and I've yet to see points deposited to my Diamond account. I have the placard left in my room telling me that if there is anything you can to do to make my stay better simply ask. You can make my stay better by refunding some of the points I used as a Diamond Select Member. Also, you shouldn't tell your customers that you'll get back to them and simply not do so. Very poor...

I have stayed here several times for my children's birthdays to swim and have fun, however this time after being told by staff themselves from times before that it was okay to bring extra kids, they just didn't do parties, which is fine. This time I was followed around by hotel staff and whispered about because I had 2 extra kids with me. I walked out to tell the front desk that the key was not working on pool door and she was on her cellphone and ran into back (This was after she followed me around) Mind you I was waiting to check in for about 10 minutes and when she came in after I called the phone and knocked on doors, I was told she was checking the pool, which she was not she was out sitting in her car smoking a cigarette, my husband was out there and seen her. After getting checked in and getting kids into bathing suits and going to pool, she followed me into the pool room and kept coming in to watch me, I found this weird and borderline creepy. I was forced to buy another room or I was going to get kicked out. I will NOT be staying here ever again. Every time I am there staff have different answers on their policies and procedures. I believe she acted this way because I had to wait so long to get checked in and I was upset and told her I was.

The girl had long black hair, with some blond strands in her bangs. She was taller and tan.

The room itself was not clean, bathtub had black stuff on bottom of tub, we did not use the shower.

I have contacted corporate on this too. There is cameras and they can see and hopefully HEAR everything that...

If you want hot showers, fresh towels and trash picked up, do not stay here. I'm from ludington and come back ever year to visit family. I usually stay closer to downtown but for whatever reason everything was booked. My husband and I stayed for 9 day, they clearly state that house keeping will pick up trash and bring fresh towels every 3 days, which was perfectly fine with us. Day 5 no one had been to our room, I called and asked for what I needed and also asked if they were actually doing house keeping every 3 days they said yes but could not explain why no one had done our room. 4 days later once again no one did our room. This was our last day and we really wanted fresh towels for the next morning to shower before we left. I called that morning was told I was suppose to have a sign to let them know I needed service, which I did not have and no one told me about, they reassured us they would do our room. We got back late that night, no one ever came. They can't say it's because they have no house keeping staff because we saw them everywhere in the halls, sometimes just hanging out. I ended up getting my own towels off a cart in the hallway. We figured out also on day 4 if u wanted a shower in the morning the water would not be hot, both sinks in the room leaked, the water in the shower barely goes down the drain, it was horrible, and I was already upset about the price I was paying and it was so bad. The only good thing for the week was the bed was very comfortable and they had great breakfast. I definitely will never...
