Kind of a hit or miss...sometimes it's good service where everything is made correctly but they still forget the napkins, or the order is messed up with no napkins. Asked for no salt, I get salt. Asked for the Impossible Whopper, got a meat Whopper with salt and no mustard. So I gave it away and had to find something else to eat. Lobby has been closed for over a year and drive thru line is like being stuck in the mud, so it's difficult to get a mistake fixed. Last I was there, it looked like 4 to 6 people working the kitchen with a closed lobby. They must be filling their shoes with cement though. When I worked in customer service our team worked, well, as a team, to slam out some food and draw the lines down so we could be efficient in restocking and effectively have some down time. When one person is slacking, the whole operation suffers. Read morePulled in for dinner with my camper and dinning room is closed due to COVID-19 which is no problem other than I can't go through the drive thru. Understandably, I called the number they have on the window for large and over-sized vehicle service. It was quickly answered and our order was taken. My cars was quickly collected at the door and returned with our drinks. And then the wait began.... over 15 cars passed thru the drive thru while we sat and waited. 22 minutes later I called back in. "Oh shoot!" Was the reply and they had gotten busy and overlooked bringing us the food. I asked if it was still hot and fresh and the reply was "mostly still warm." I was then told if it was not up to quality that I could call back and they would re-make it for me. Read moreI ordered a Door Dash order and even though it’s been brought to their attention before they’ve failed to provide ranch as an option. Usually this is no problem because you can call and ask for ranch to placed in your order and they do it no problem. However today the manger thought it was ok to pass responsibility off to the drive and require them to ask for it upon arrival and proceeded to inform me that they have to go in to pick up the order and they can’t go through the drive through which was in no way relevant to the topic. She then proceeded to argue with me about putting ranch in my bag and decided to stay on the phone silently while I expressed my discontent and explained that I had never had a problem with the other employees placing ranch in my order.
