Big Apple Bagels — Restaurant in Pere Marquette Charter Township

We just stopped by on July 2nd, yes they were busy. I purchased a half dozen bagels, from a very limited selection, with a plain cream cheese. After they handed me my bagels I noticed the bagels were not sliced. I asked that the bagels could be sliced, the woman promptly walked to the owner and said I wanted them sliced. She told the attendant that I needed to pay 2$ to have them slices (there is nothing posted about slicing bagels) & to add insult to injury, she told me I could not get it done unless I got back in line!!!!!. Then when we got into the car noticed they gave us the wrong cream cheese! They gave us veggie cheese not plain) Do yourself a favor, buy Bagels at Meijer or...

Not the best!....the selection was very slim and just mediocre. The garden veggie cream cheese is actually PLAIN cream cheese with just a HINT of a garden veggie TASTE.....to be honet not much of a taste of anything but just plain cream cheese. The muffins were good and I selected the one I wanted in front of the tray because it looked the best but beware they prefer you NOT selecting which muffin you want as they want you to take the older ones at the back of the tray.......Don't bother as it's definitely not as good as the other bagel place ....at least in quality and their prices are...

Stopped here while we were in town over Labor Day Weekend. It was later in the afternoon but they still had a large selection of their great bagels. We got three bagels and a muffin for later and when we got to eating them, we enjoyed their taste. At first the lady working seemed a little bit standoffish but she came around and was friendly. They also had a nice selection of cream cheeses to enhance the taste of their bagels. I felt the prices were what you would expect for three bagels and a muffin. My wife had grown up around Big Apple Bagels so we were happy to see one in...
