My wife bought this condo over 20 yrs ago...before there was water in the swimming pool....with her 1st husband that passed in a trucking accident....for what we now pay in maintenence fees along with the other 51 owners...u would think that at 850 a yr (850×52=44,200, for 1 unit) we could get a paint job and better furniture....but noooo.... Now we do have the 4th of July week, u walk out the back and it's 30 feet to the bbq grills, and 50 feet from the outdoor pool and 100 ft from the indoor pool....yes location location u can't argue, but the ppl at check in are so rude it'll make ya want to slap some sense into them....and don't ask to get something fixed...ya might as c well bring ur own tool box. And check in at 5pm...come on...
Read moreSo it's listed as sunrise resorts. We booked it through our time share program and stayed in one of the chateau houses that's sleeps around eight people each. The Chateau, are small individual houses scattered around the main part of the hotel. The main hotel is- about five levels. They do have a indoor pool. The hotel is located on top, part of a mountain in a kinda of out of they way place. The cheatau we stayed in had two king bedrooms for adults. The loft area has two twin beds for kids. Read moreWell we bought with them in July. Sounded great did all the paperwork like they asked. Mailed them the check liked they asked. Paid in full !!! Now the fun begins. NOPE. Still being billed for our maintenance fees. Was told we would never pay them again. I guess they like making up stories. I have called not 1 time but 17. I really hope we can work out the problem. If we do I would consider a better rating. But at the moment 1 star will have to do. Please do your job and correct the problem Hope to hear...
