We were a timeshare party of 3 arriving on the 29th of October 2022 and stayed for a week in 3211, departing on November 5th.

There was plenty of parking and easy access parking. The grounds were very well kept and all the staff very polite, friendly and helpful upon check-in. An elevator aided with moving our luggage up and down with the carts they provide. Everything was clean and orderly, not only in the unit, but everywhere on and around the grounds. There were utensils and some cookware, but not quite enough for the three of us, but we got by with what there was. There should have been more cookware dishes, serving bowls/dishes and cooking utensils. There were no tablespoons and the cutlery set was dull and barely served its purpose. There were coffee cups, drinking glasses and wine glasses. There was a toaster, blender, coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink garbage disposal and a stackable washer and dryer on one of the bathrooms. The counter space was more than enough. There were two bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and the other a walk-in shower and a very spacious jacuzzi.

There was central a/c, heat and a functional gas fireplace in the living area. The beds were big and comfortable with more than enough pillows. A night stand with a light complimented each side of the beds and there was a large dresser in each bedroom that served us well. There was plenty of bedding, a bedding kit for the hidabed couch, bathroom towels and wash cloths. Oddly, only one bedroom had an alarm clock. The hardwood kitchen table had six matching chairs.

It was spacious and there was plenty of closet space with hangers in each closet. There was a slider leading out to a balcony area where there were four lounge chairs, two small tables and a great view of the mountains! There was more than adequate lighting in both units. There was a T.V. in every bedroom as well as the living room. The living room area had a couch (hidabed), a comfy recliner, a coffee table and two end tables with lights. There are grills outside by the pool area and a nice gas operated fireplace within a circle of chairs.

We called the front desk because of a few issues like the light under the microwave that was over the stove was blown, there was only one alarm clock between two bedrooms, the shower/tub valve wouldn't switch to fill the tub and there was no fire extinguisher. A very polite gentleman from maintenance came in a timely manner with an alarm clock and a bulb of which he installed and set up the clock. He took a look at the tub and said he'd have to come back tomorrow with a part, and he did after we reminded them late that afternoon. As far as the fire extinguisher, apparently it's been decided that the individual rooms don't need them since there is a fire suppression system in each room throughout the entirety of the building. So, if you have a stove fire for example, apparently you're on your own until it grows out of control enough that it sets off the fire suppression system.

A Word Of Warning!

I read some reviews about this prior to our stay, but didn't think much of it. Some days, but mostly during a few mornings there is an extremely pungent, overwhelming odor of garbage outside emanating from a local facility (Sevier Solid Waste). It varies in intensity depending on the day and wind direction. I had to close up the condo one morning because it was so nauseating and unbearable. This may sound like an exaggeration, but trust me, this is far from an exaggeration! Some days it is a fleeting odor, others it will linger! This is why I gave just 3 stars for "Location."

We also had to endure someone smoking a nasty smelling cigar at all hours. It stunk up our balcony and permeated inside through our slider. Non-smoking should include at least 500' from the building!

With that I'll close by saying that overall, setting aside the occasional rancid odor, we had an extremely pleasant experience, with the room, the property and the staff. It's especially nice during a colorful Autumn in the Great...

Got a last call vacation here through RCI (we are timeshare owners). This property was recently acquired by Hilton Grand Vacations and a full makeover is in process, with the condo units getting new furniture, appliances, flooring, and bathroom redo. Our 2 BR unit is in Building #2, which has been completed, my understanding is that Building #3 (a larger building) will be next, not sure when that project will be finished. The unit features 2 good sized bedrooms, both with King Beds with attached baths. The master has a bath with big walk in shower, toilet, vanity and sink as well as a 2nd sink in a middle alcove set up as a dressing area with big closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 closet areas and an attached bath with a standard tub and shower, toilet, vanity and sink. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the 2nd bath. The living area has a sofa with pull out Queen Bed, a recliner, and an additional sitting chair. A gas log fireplace is a welcome addition as is a huge wall mounted Smart TV (80" maybe). There are two ottomans in the Living area, and a dining area with 6 chairs. The kitchen features SS appliances, (range/oven, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, double sink but no disposal). All utensils, plates, cups, glasses, etc. are furnished. Off the living area is a large balcony, sitting area with table and chairs, ours has mountain views (beautiful). There is an outdoor and indoor pool area, and outdoor hot tub, grills, and fireplace. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's, WI-FI was fast in our unit. The unit was clean and looked new inside as would be expected in freshly updated units. We found access to the Parkway was just minutes away, we had snow while here and the property did a terrific job keeping the walkways and parking lots clear, as well as the roads in and throughout the property. We would definitely stay here again but would want the updates to be completed to assure that our experience was equal...

Unfortunately, I am still booked for another night. The dated rooms are fine, the hotel concierges are VERY helpful, HOWEVER- the time share sales sign up when you check in was a little unexpected. I’ve never been to a time share sales so I was open to giving it a try. Especially when I was told I would get $125 gift card and a free week’s stay at ANY of this company’s resorts. Sounds great. So I agreed. Roni was very nice in letting me know what I would get for going, signing me up for a time slot, but FAILED to provide the vital information needed to actually participate. Ex: Where to go and IF guy are married your spouse is REQUIRED to attend for they will not allow you to participate at all. When I arrived for the meeting, without my spouse and sweaty from walking the property not knowing where I was going - I was rudely told “we can’t see you then.” I was shown a 1/3 page form from a gentlemen (who I assume was Justin)trying to help asking if I had filled that out- which Roni never gave or went over with me. I filled nothing out and was signed up by an employee. The older woman working with Justin kept saying we can’t see you- have a good day. I replied that I wouldn’t and went back to my wall to wall beige unit. I even searched documents in my room thinking I had overlooked something to bring but had nothing. My treatment was ridiculous. It was obvious by my tone and expressions that I had no idea what they were talking about. I mean I even went to the wrong building for the meeting. Is that not a red flag that maybe some communication issues had occurred? I was genuinely interested in hearing about this. We travel at least twice a year. This will be the first and last time we pay to stay at a “resort” in this parent company. Your employees should remember I am the one you are trying to sell things to since I am the person with the funds...

We stayed in 3024 and 3025. The rooms were fine for the price, and I cannot stress "FINE" enough. It was about $1800 a room for 4 days (sleeps 6) over the major holiday (Thanksgiving) and it was booked last minute (about 2 months in advance) which is why I use the word fine. But we had several concerns, primarily the several damages to the room. 1. We requested several times for a handicap accessible room several months in advance and were denied several times but later spoke to other guests and read reviews and found out there were SEVERAL units with ground floor access so we were forced to deal with several stairs for an 86 year old man who struggled walking them each day. 2. We could not use the fireplace when it was around 40 degrees because the twist knob was broken. 3. There was NO way for us to secure our room as there was no lock whatsoever on the door. Not even a chain lock. 4. On top of needing a severe facelift the little "fixes" they make are ghetto. You can see in one of the pictures that the double-sided tape they used on the side of one of the tubs was coming off. 5. The indoor pool smelled straight like urine and chlorine. It no lie looked like they do not change their filters, we walked in and right out when we saw the facility as it does not look even remotely maintained. The sauna was closed and the rust on the roof had been there for years. 6. I gave up taking pictures after noticing these things because it was a losing situation and only making me more depressed. I would not ever stay here again and would not recommend it unless you are scrambling for a last-minute hotel. By no means kid yourself that this is a resort. If I could do it again, I would not go through my timeshare and would spend out of pocket money somewhere else, somewhere better.
