Roamin Man Pizza — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

What can I say....when I got past the disappointment of being told that they did not have beer or wine, I began to give this place a chance. Well, what I mean is their website indicated that they at least had beer on the menu with all of the brands listed. Shame on Roamin' Man for teasing me like that. But there were 10 of us with a couple of small kids so we stayed. And for our reward we were treated to some very good service and some good pizza and garlic rolls. Yeah, I drank my diet coke and enjoyed the food. We ordered 3 large pizzas and rolls. On one of the pizzas I asked for an extra crispy crust - I like the scorched bottom brick oven effect - although I don't think they have a brick oven. But they did a pretty good job of giving us a crispier crust. So looks like if you want it done a certain way, they are willing. I guess they beer license is in the works, but go ahead and give them a try and take a break from the crowds...

My husband and came in with 2 grandkids, one of which is autistic and has melt downs especially when he’s tired. Madi, our server was so great and understanding. She had stickers and gave him a piece of paper and the stickers. After having to take my grandson outside for a minute to calm us both down he was ready to come in and the stickers were put to use on their cups. Everyone that works there was so understanding and patient with us. That’s means so much. Now the good lol…. Loved the sausage the way it’s sliced like pepperoni. The crust is awesome. The garlic knots were so good. And it was very clean even the bathroom. That’s worth 20 stars. Thank you all again. We will be back. Madi girl you are a blessing. We shared a pizza, and it was exactly the way I like pizza. The crust was crisp on the outside with some chew in the center, not thick and doughy. The crust is kind of a cross between thin-and-crispy and New York style. The sauce is tangy but not too sweet which is my preference. Sweet pizza sauce is disgusting.

Our server was friendly and attentive. A different person brought our pizza to us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Best of all, a medium pizza and two teas was less than $20. Add a tip and we were still out the door for way less than most places in Pigeon Forge- including fast food.
