If you are planning to stay in this cabin, bring your own plates (there are 5 for a place that sleeps 6). Bring cups and pots & pans! Bring an electric skillet, the stove should be replaced. Make sure to bring a kitchen wash cloth and kitchen towels, they aren't provided. Bring coffee filters. Basic cooking seasonings and oil. Bring basic cleaning supplies. Bring garbage bags and a securing can to put the bags in on the deck otherwise you're picking up the trash every morning. Bring a broom. Plus 1 toilet is unattached. They know it, sent maintenance who said it needed a plumber but no plumber showed up. Bring king size sheets, the beds may not have been changed. And don't be fooled by the sign on the cabinet that says Fire Extinguisher. ...
Read moreThe cabin is hard to find it located behind two other cabins. The cabin looked abandoned like no one had been here in months. Grass overgrown. Vines growing up cabin porch. Hot tub had little water and jets don't work. Spider webs everywhere and carpenter bees on deck and porch. Used soap and bug was left in shower. Cabin was had dust everywhere on ceiling fans, tables, and furniture. Stove only had to working burner. No pot or pans to cook with. Had to go buy my own. Call two days in a row no one came to do any repairs. I understand it a holiday but someone should have came and did anything. Worst cabin condition ever. Definitely...
Read moreThe view was great, but there was a Dollar General shopping cart laying on the side the hill next to the cabin. There was a lot of trash around the outside of the cabin as well. Also, there were termites inside the cabin. We found them crawling on the mirrors in the bathroom and out of the wall sockets. Harmless to us, but detrimental to the cabin's structure. We did stay after New Year's so we assume there was a party that was not...
