Great if you want to be blamed by the manager for THEIR poor service. I ordered salad, pizza, wings for delivery. Told 30-45 minutes. 90 minutes later driver calls and says they took my CC number down wrong and asks for correct number. Says pizza is up and he is on his way. 25 minutes later a soggy cold pizza shows up... no sauce for wings and no salad. Driver refuses to get missing items and instead offers to take back for refund. They are 2.3 miles away (per google) on an mid-january night. No traffic. When I call store to complain manager says they are far away and traffic held him up. (This is when I did a google directions search) He NEVER appolgized, and instead kept trying to make ME out to be at fault... How is it MY fault? All I do is order and pay. I asked for his name and he said... I kid you not... "That's none of your concern." I told him I was going to leave a bad review online and he laughed and says "it's a free country." I asked for the name of his GM and he said "This is a family run store. There is no GM." We'll see. Tired of dealing with him I hang up. And not 1 minute later he calls and tells me that his driver just brought him my pizza and that it was still hot. ONE MINUTE.... his driver sure made good time on the way back for being so far. And he had the GALL to call ME to tell me more about how I was the one wrong. I told him as much and hung up on him. But then it occurred to me that maybe he was not going to refund my money. So I called back and a girl answered. I said "Manager please," and without muting the phone she could be heard yelling. "It's that guys again!" and in a whiny sarcastic voicing mimic the words "manager please!". He comes on and I question about the refund and request my confirmation number for the refund transaction which he gives me. Then and only then did I see all the terrible reviews for this place. If you are reading this, you just saved yourself a lot...
Read moreDo NOT eat at this place. My husband and I rented a cabin for the weekend and decided to order some pizza. We ordered a meatball sub, cinnamon sticks, and a pizza with half hamburger, bacon, and pepperoni, and half onion, mushroom, black olive and tomato. For starters, the cost was $40 dollars to deliver so I am unsure why people are saying it's cheap. The delivery guy was nice and we tipped him well because he walked up a huge flight of stairs and was very friendly. That was our ONLY good experience with this awful place. When we opened up our food the bread on the sub was black and burnt to a crisp, over half of it was inedible. The cinnamon sticks were also burnt horribly. The pizza wasn't that bad but it had ham on it instead of hamburger and my husband hates ham. I also asked for garlic sauce and they didn't send any. We called and they told us we could get a replacement order the next morning before we traveled 5 hours home. We called the next morning and the breakfast guy refused to replace it! He told us we had to wait until 4pm which was impossible because we were leaving. We called back that evening to speak to a manager and apparently the store doesn't have any and only an owner that is never there. The guy we spoke to that evening was friendly but said he couldn't authorize a refund and to call back today. Well, my husband called and the owner refused a refund!!!! He said we should have gotten it the first night. I'm so fed up with this stupid business. The food was not good and the service even worse. I paid 50 dollars (after tip) for horrible food and we are disputing charges with our bank because this is ridiculous. Do NOT eat here. Seriously, you'll regret it. They are also located in a gas station and charge a 5 dollar service charge for...
Read moreWe decided to stay in our hotel room and order a pizza...unfortunately we called this place! Our hotel gave us a 2 dollar coupon for the alpine slide on the back of their Capelli's menu, and my husband got confused and told them we had a $2 coupon. 30 minutes after we've ordered the food they call our hotel room and tell us that they don't have one and ask to add 2 dollars on to the price. I apologize and say yes it's okay, and she then asks if we want to tip our driver. We have SOME cash but not a lot so we put part of the tip on the card planning to give them some cash when they get here. As soon as we tell her the amount she hangs up. I called back and asked if the food had been cooked or not, and if the driver was on the way, (with the intent to cancel the order....) They said that it was on the way... 20 minutes later the same woman I talked to comes to our door and asks why I wanted to cancel the order.... she obviously hadn't left yet, and had asked us to tip her over the phone! Before she came to our door and served us food.... really!? The manager was so rude the entire time, and the food is sub-par at best. We weren't expecting wonderful pizza, but at least courteous service would be great. 1/10 do not...
