The Furniture Store — Hotel in Piqua

I love this place!! We bought our reclining loveseat and couch from them. Big selection and very reasonably priced. Theo helped us and he was a-mazing!! He is super friendly and treats you like a person instead of just wanting that sale. He asks you all kinds of questions from what kind of material (microfiber, leather, ect), a rocker kind, recliner, a manual or electric, ect) to point you in the right direction so you're not wasting your time looking at stuff that doesn't meet you needs or wants. We had furniture in mind that we liked from The Furniture store but wanted to shop around. We walked into a store closer to where we live but they weren't as friendly and their prices were insane. Monday morning I went back to The Furniture Store, got with Theo and bought our furniture. I will not shop anywhere else but The Furniture Store. Did I mention how amazing Theo is?? We visited other furniture stores today, and although found what we were looking for, the pushy staff sent us out the door. We decided to try this store and we were comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! We were not greeted by "vulchers" tagging along, but by a friendly welcome and "let me know how I can help". We were able to take our time and look at our pace. The store was not over-crowded with furniture making it much easier to navigate through. The staff was incredibly nice. You felt comfortable and able to easily make a decision. When we were ready, Tracey helped us and made us very comfortable with our decision. We were treated like "friends" and we will be back again. I will highly recommend...

Bought a sofa and loveseat from these folks. Had it less than a month and it started creaking. They came out and replaced a section and it did the same thing. So, they allowed us to come in and purchase another, more expensive set that had a stain protector built in. Water, wine, whatever was supposed to “roll off”. Firstly, the set is inferior quality to say the least, nothing rolls off and the cushions are not holding up, pilling and shape. I paid $1900 for this furniture and would have been better off shopping at a Big Lots than this place. Be prepared to buy furniture again in 2-3 years. Better off buying a more expensive set at a name-brand store. This is all...
