I go into the Taco Bell location. I go use the restroom. I come back out and I stand at the front of the line. The entire store was empty and the employees were cleaning and sweeping and getting stuff, cleaned and prepared to close for the night when they don't close until 2 Am. And this was at 11:45. P m one of the girls whose name was Heidi, I believe she said after she looked at me, oh well, I'm not doing it mean mugged me and then turned her back and walked towards the back pretty much insinuating that she did not want to take my order. And then the lady who was sweeping the floor who was a skinnier, younger girl. She said, every time I work with you Heidi, there's always a problem with you. This is customer service, if you don't like your job, then you need to quit your job and then they were arguing in the back saying how that they're tired that they had to pick up the slack after other people and every time that she works with Heidi, and they were just going back-and-forth. And back-and-forth while I just stood there so I walked a little over to the counter for where the pickup is, and I put my hands-on the counter, and I said, you know what I won't even order here since it's such a big deal. If you guys take a 3 taco order for me. And for my 2 kids in the car, don't even worry about it. I'll be called incorporate. They were almost in a fist fight in the back of the store. Read moreI work nearby and normally get my food from here. Typically coming in at least 3 times a week, and that's being generous. I had no issues eating here until 1-2 months ago. The first issue I had was that I ate and spit out a plastic scrap that seemed to come from some sort baggie. The next issue was I ordered a crunch wrap with no tomatoes, and I wish the issue was that it had tomatoes on it when I got it. When I pulled the crunch wrap out of the paper bag both sides of the paper wrapper the crunch wrap comes in were soggy with grease. I had to unpeel the crunch wrap from both sides of the wrapper before I was able to remove it. I took a photo of it and will attach it to this review. My last and most recent issue was I ordered two orders of the new dipper burritos. But when I unwrapped them they were more like squished amalgamation of what they were supposed to be. Almost as if they had been crushed or intentionally malformed. As unfortunate as it is I believe I'll have to get my taco bell from another location for a while until the issue is rectified. As there is no other Taco Bell near my work that I'm aware of I'll have to settle for other fast food locations during work hours unfortunately. I hope that one day I can return to...
Read morePlaced an online order (for counter pick up) in the parking lot and went inside. As I approached the counter area for pick up, I noticed the Mobile Order shelf is sitting in the back by drive thru.
I stood there about 5 minutes before the drive-thru worker came to the counter. I told her I had two vouchers I needed to use plus I had an online pick up. She asked me to hold on that she would be right back.
After a few minutes, my mobile orders were placed on the self near drive thru. I waited nearly 10 minutes for the worker to come back over. She gave me the food but no drink/cup. I asked about the voucher order and was told her manager has to do that, but she is in a hurry. I then stated that I had been in the lobby nearly 20 minutes, that I, too, was in a hurry. A manager never came out, but my voucher order was filled. I again had to ask for my drink.
By the time I finally got my order and had gotten a chance to sit down, my mobile order was cold.
