Amble Inn Motel — Hotel in Plantation

There is a short row of hotels on an access road alongside State Road 7 (441). You might think it's a budget option, since the town of Plantation is considered one of the nicer municipalities. But you'd be wrong. It's a trap, and somehow this motel is allowed to operate under unimagionable conditions, and charge market price at the same time. ||||There is no deadbolt on the door, all the furnishings are ripped, stained or rusted, and roaches are plentiful. Inexplicably, they didn't even bother to spend 3 dollars to replace the shower curtain which was overrun with mold. Surfaces such as tables, countertops, sinks, etc, were "clean" in the sense of being wiped and free of overt grime, but that place should not be cleaned, it should...

The service was good, location was good but the condition of those rooms are horrble!horrible!! The outside all nice and fixed up but the rooms need to be upgraded. Beds were on the floor no rails, there were Roaches crawling all around the floor, bathroom sink and shower curtain. They had a blanket up to the window foe a curtain. There were no face covers for ac units. They seriously need to do those rooms over. And I only had 1 towel and I used that to walk on in bathroom. Toilet wasn't secured to the floor eveytime u sot on it it flops up. And no ice or soda...
