Using an online app is a joke. I used it because now that's the only way to get the food affordable. You can see the wait times on the screen. I waited twenty something minutes for my order as did pretty much everyone else. The people who placed their orders in the store got their food faster. Online is the biggest waste of time. People are being brainwashed into thinking it's more efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt bad for them, they were frustrated with it all as well. When I was a kid I worked for Burger King with no computers, just a microphone calling out the orders and the line with 5 people deep at 3 and 4 registers at a time with drive thru. And you could not let a customer wait more than 60 seconds at the drive thru window to get their food and be done, and 90 seconds at the counter inside. That's from the time you collected the money. Because you can't control how long someone is digging their pockets. Once you closed that register drawer the clock was ticking. Today.....20 minutes and you're still waiting with computers and online apps and cashless transactions... technology is so...

Their employees and staff are a joke and don’t take their job seriously. My wife ordered on DoorDash from that store for breakfast this morning just to wait almost an hour for a driver who when he arrived there called my wife and an employee got on the phone and was extremely rude to my wife and then afterwards hung up in her face twice.
The customer service at corporate is just as bad as she called to report her experience and requested compensation which was the least and minimum that Burger King could do and the customer service agent name Vinh was extremely rude and placed her on several mute holds and when my wife asked for a supervisor he kept denying her that right which she does have a right to ask for.
