Unprofessional, they told us that a particular carpet that we saw at one of their locations was just the model and that they ran out so they sent us to their other location because they did. That location stated they also did not have it but that they for sure would have it in a week. We told them how much we wanted it and they reassured us that they would have it in a week. We waited the week and they said that it would actually be two more weeks.
