āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø A Hidden Gem on the Mississippi—Comfort, Entertainment, and Endless Activities Nearby I’ve stayed at the Isle Casino Hotel in Bettendorf several times now, and each experience has been top-notch—especially when booking the North Tower. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, with the King Rooms offering a great value and sleek walk-in showers. The Junior Executive Suite is a step up with a huge bed, desk, larger flat-screen, and premium bathroom amenities. But the real showstopper is the Executive Suite—hands down one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. It includes: Two full bathrooms A large sitting room with a massive LCD TV, pull-out bed, mini fridge, and wet bar A separate bedroom with a large dresser, safe, closet, and another big TV And the crown jewel: a spa-like second bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower with bench seating, dual sinks, and great lighting. Phones in both bathrooms too! I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—I could live in that room. It’s that comfortable. šŸ“Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated on the Mississippi riverfront, with a skywalk to the Waterfront Convention Center and easy access to walking trails, parks, and downtown Bettendorf. Whether you're here for work, a family trip, a weekend getaway, or just to try your luck at the tables—the Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf delivers way more than you'd expect. It’s clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Pro Tip: Book the Executive Suite if you can. It’s absolutely worth it.

My recent stay at the Isle Casino Hotel in Bettendorf presented a unique contrast to my usual gambling excursions at Harrah's Kansas City. While the scale of the gaming floor certainly pales in comparison to the expansive offerings at Harrah's, I found myself appreciating the more intimate and less overwhelming atmosphere. The smaller space fostered a sense of camaraderie amongst players, creating a more relaxed and enjoyable gambling experience. However, the limited culinary options available within the hotel significantly impacted my dining plans. With such a restricted selection, I opted to dine elsewhere during my stay. The accommodations themselves were generally comfortable, though a peculiar odor permeated the room throughout my stay. This minor inconvenience aside, the room was clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the scenic views of the majestic bridge that graced the window. The staff at the Isle Casino Hotel were consistently courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming stay. In conclusion, while certain aspects of the experience could be improved, the Isle Casino Hotel in Bettendorf offers a unique and charming alternative for those seeking a more intimate and relaxed gambling getaway.

I stayed there for two nights and was charged a 30 dollar resort fee, which it wasn't even a resort. It's barely a casino. It took all of less than two minutes to walk though and see everything they had. The rooms are way over priced for what they are charging on top of that they take an extra 100 dollars "just in case you charge something to your room" which they say they will return to you after 3 to 10 business days. Which I still haven't received back. So more along the lines of the 10 days rather than the 3 days. My first night no more that 15 minutes after check-in, the power went out in my room. When I said something about it, the rude fat lady at the front dest was very unhelpful. She said, "I'm just the front dest. I don't know what you expect me to do about it." Someone needs to inform her that the job of the front dest is to handle any and all discrepancies with the hotel. The Maintenance man was useless and making snide comments about me, maybe if he spent more time doing his job instead of walking around like he's hot stuff and making snide comments towards the customers, there wouldn't be so much broken stuff in the building. The room. Somewhat clean, the shower head was leaking, causing low pressure. The bed had some kind of mat on it to take away from how bad the mattress was, which didn't help but made it worse, so I tossed and turned all night. The ac barley worked, and the TV made some kind of buzzing sound. Once again, they need to get a maintenance man who actually does his job. I was also told that there's free breakfast in the morning, and when I went looking for it the rude old women in the side restaurant said that there's never been a free breakfast, and then started talking to other customers about how she was the only one there and I needed to be overly nice otherwise she wouldn't help me. I was never rude to her. I was just confused because I was told there's a free breakfast. After she said that, I said to hell with this place I'll spend my money somewhere else! Then proceeded to tell the guy at the register who was trying to buy a 4 dollar coffee, that he could full up his thermos cup for free inside the casino. He thanked me and moved on. The two days I was there out of all the staff members, I said hello to only two of them, who said hello back while the rest just ignored me. I don't think anyone there likes their job and absolutely despises the customers. Now on to the actual restaurant Kellers. The staff there wasn't as rude as the rest of the casino, but the place was dirty. The menu I was given had food stuck to both sides of the menu. When I ordered the French onion soup for an appetizer and T-bone stake with asparagus and a loaded baked potato as a side. The soup was tasted good, but it was all Broth with very little onions, croutons, and cheese. Before I was even halfway done with my onion broth, my food arrived smelling like fish. The stake was rare, not mid-rare liked I ordered, the loaded baked potato was undercooked and hard, and the asparagus was overcooked and soggy. No where near the quality for the price if they were charging. I will never be back to this dump ever again! Also, if I don't get that 100 dollars back within the 3 to 10 business days, I will be filing a lawsuit in small...

I know this property quite well from over all the years. Seems to me Caesar's management has only made things worse, in my opinion.||It wasn't long after Caesar's came in the full buffet entirely disappeared. Somewhere around that time. Now have added Midwest Bites as another choice besides Keller's Express during the day. We were not impressed. Somewhere around this time they started charging a resort fee, resort? I also forgot the early check-in fee. I was reminded of that again when I checked in. The clerk said your room is ready, but there is a $10 early check-in fee. Now I realize it's only $10 bucks, but if the room is ready then why am I paying to check-in early? It's just the idea of the thing. That along with a $6.99 ATM fee and now as I just found out they charge a fee or a percentage to write a check! They have never done that in all they years. It's not enough to already be taking your money? šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøI classify it as adding insult to injury, if you ask me. I was also told that if it's been 6 months any comps or credit you may have had are now gone, and they were. I even lost my host that I had for a long, long time. Is there anything else they can take away or not charge for? Well, that's OK. We were so dismayed overall it will probably be a year before we're back again so take as you will 🤣||Horrible, depressing background music to listen to while playing slots or table games. Not sure when they put automatic shufflers on the table games. I haven't seen that since the casino was named Lady Luck. Most astute players won't play against them. I only tried it for a bit because the slots were so horrible for both of us. There's arguments both ways, do your own research. They're ready with the cards so fast you literally don't have time to quick use the restroom and make it back before a shoe starts. I don't care, if I miss the start of the shoe I just come back to my chair and sit there and watch until the next shoe starts. So much for them trying to be so much more efficient. Same professional "lifer" dealers, they've been there about since forever. And oh, they're good, they're really good. Not many open tables for a Fri or Sat night. At most maybe 4-5 tables. I can remember Fri-Sat nights that they would have about every table open that they had. ||In all the years of us playing slots if you play enough, play long enough and try enough machines, you should see something of at least some size returned here and there....nope, not happening. One added problem is they have taken out a number of slots that we always like to play and put in these what I would call "junk theme" type slots. I'd put it this way, they have far more slots today that we would never want to play. I don't know if these are cheaper than the others were or not. I suspect that they are, but whatever, not for us. |We won't be back here for quite sometime. Too many things have changed in the wrong...

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Went there to get away for a Sunday evening with my fiancĆ©. Had a horrible experience. I chose a hotel with a casino attached so I could gamble some and be able to hopefully relax with my fiancĆ©. I love to be able to enjoy all the amenities of the hotel while I’m there because I try to get what I pay for because it’s not cheap to get away and you of course want to get your moneys worth. So I chose a Sunday because I figured there would be no children swimming especially at a Casino. Don’t get me wrong I have no issue with people bringing their children along just as long as they’re respectful and the adults can make sure they are respectful to others, but that didn’t happen and my trip was completely ruined. Went to go swimming around 8:30 in the evening and on my way to the pool I can hear children screaming at the top of their lungs so I already knew it wasn’t going to be good. So I get to the pool and there are 3 children in the pool screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. The parents were in the hot tub drinking alcohol doing nothing to try to get their children to be respectful. Sat there for a good 30 minutes waiting to be able to enjoy the pool hoping the parents would tend to their children that were clearly being disrespectful, but they did nothing. So we left since our chance to enjoy ourselves in the pool had already been ruined by the rude parents who couldn’t control their children. Come to find out later these same people that were clearly intoxicated had thrown their trash all over the hallway and you had to walk around it. Absolutely horrible experience. We left after only being at the hotel for a few short hours. Told the front desk we wanted a refund and only offered us 30% when we were barely ever in the room. Told us to call back and talk to the manager numerous times and the manager never answers nor returns your call. And here it is a few days later and I received my deposit back after being promised 30% + resort fees. Only thing I received back was my $100 deposit. I’ve never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. At least if someone spends several hundred at your casino + books a room for a night that they don’t get to stay in because their trip gets ruined couldn’t you at least refund the room for the night? In my opinion casino hotels should be 21+ regardless. And if you’re going to bring your children make sure they’re respectful or take them to another hotel. Horrible experience would never stay at this...
