This is a nice little city park right on the river. Plenty of park benches, a couple picnic tables. if you enjoy looking at the structures of bridges, this park is a must stop. if you’re a troll, you should make this park your backyard you’ll dig this bridge to call home . The low clouds in the fog make for a pretty light show ( or on a scientific level allows you to see the city light pollution ) Theres a boat ramp. This is an awesome area to visit, whether you're on foot, bike, or boat. There are bike / hike trails going both directions down the river, as well a boat ramp and plenty of picnic tables and benches. There's an awesome view of the i-74 bridge, including a walk under the bridge if you want. One of my favorite places in the heart of the Quad Cities.

Leach Park was a nice quiet spot to walk, bike, or take in the views of the Mississippi. There were plenty of benches and also a few porch swings. The paved path that continued underneath the bridge was great for walking or biking. The bridge was easily visible but far enough away that the traffic noises were not very loud.

Leach Park in Bettendorf, IA sits right on the banks of the Mississippi River. On a sunny day in the Autumn and the sun shines right off the river and reflects the diminished light right at you. It truly feels magically after the heat of summer has passed. The Park, while not large, attracts a good amount of visitors year round though especially this time of year. The bike path runs though the park and is used by walkers, runners...

I think ppl need to remember to share the path... If you're on bikes, use path etiquette. Holler "Passing" when you're about to go around someone. I was hit almost three times today and I was just walking. Riders going fast and seeming not to have much concern for those out there. I mean it's a great place to get on the path, but be respectful of others. Not everyone is moving at...
