BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture North Idaho — Hotel in Post Falls

This place is top notch. We texted them on a Sunday they replied right away. We called them on Monday the day they are closed, but still answered the phone. We discussed the type of couch we were looking for, for our hunting lodge. On Tuesday evening we drove from Montana to the really nice new warehouse where Mike and his family have the furniture and mattresses. We were met by a very nice lady who offered us something to drink. (the coffee was amazing). We met Mike who showed us several nice high quality couches. Mike was helpful yet not high pressure or pushy! He gave us time to sit in them and discuss the options without hovering over us. We purchased two big leather couches and a really nice chair. The price was VERY fair. In fact he gave us a deal on the chair! The nice young lady at the front was fast and professional. We pulled our truck and trailer around the back. Mike was really good at taking care to load our new furniture. It was wrapped in plastic and Mike was careful to not hit things while loading. He was fast, professional and courteous. Keep in mind he was also helping other folks on the floor at the same time. Best selection that is always changing plus great prices! We looked all the way from Sandpoint to airway looking for something that would work for us. We did find a few along the way that seemed super expensive for what we where looking for. Then we found BOXDROP! First time we went in we just looked. We found a few things that we liked but figured what could one more week hurt maybe they will have some new things in. The second time we walked in and walked out with a love seat and sofa! We were very pleasantly surprised with our purchase & the staff at Box Drop Mattress & Furniture in Post Falls! Right away, the owner was quick to introduce himself & explain their mission. They had beverages and refreshments ready and had a very friendly environment that almost felt like home! Above all, they were able to offer us a very good deal on a mattress and an adjustable base that would have cost us a couple thousand at any of the major corporate furniture stores. The owner even gave us a set of very nice sheets as an added bonus. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking for good furniture on a budget, and does not want to be swarmed by corporate salesman that just want to sell you something.
