Subway — Restaurant in Post Falls

I've been a Subway customer for well over 20 years, all over the country. I just spent 35 minutes in line, with only 3 people in front of me. The poor guy making the sandwiches was by himself. Now, this was at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday! Nice management skill, leaving your slowest employee by himself at lunch time. He was polite, just slow. Out of all 20 subways in Post Falls, this one is the WORST. 9/10 time when I order the most simple item on the menu (egg and cheese on flatbread) they serve me a FROZEN sandwich.
