Update!!!!! I POSTED THE SAME REVIEW ON TRIP ADVISOR AND I CANT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE READ!!! THEY NOW ARE ACCUSING ME AS BEING A FRAUD BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT SOME OTHER DIRTY HOTELS ....ONE OF THE HOTELS I COMPLAINED ABOUT, THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS WITH ME AND WE LOOKED AT 4 -5 ROOMS TOGETHER AND DISCOVERED THE THINGS I COMPLAINED ABOUT. THEY APOLOGIZE AND FIXED THIER WRING INSTEAD OF TRYING TO COVER THEIR BUTT! THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT OS DISGUSTING! I CANT BELIEVE THER ARE LYING. Don’t trust them!!!! They are the frauds and I’m contacting my legal team ! checked in yesterday. 2:58pm 7/9/2018. As soon as I get into the room the floor was covered with hair( video to prove3:03pm). I went down stairs immediately and asked for housekeeping to clean the floor. Housekeeping came up and I had to clean the floor properly. Went down stairs to get the rest of my things and checked the bed and pillow case was filled with makeup stains and stains, sheets had hair on it and you could tell none of the linen was changed. So went back down there to ask for clean linen. Housekeeping case up brought the linen and I changed the bed myself. Ok... So, I thought that was it until I go to the restroom to get myself ready for bed and OMG!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe what I discovered( video to prove) sink was filled with dried up toothpaste or mouth wash( smelled minty) all over the sink. Lift up the toilet and there was dried up urine and feces , looked at the shower tub and there’s was dried underneath soap scum and water stains( video to prove). I tool video because of my previous complaint at a different hotel and didn’t want there word against my word. Anyways So now I’m livid, disgusted and tired11:00pm. So I waited until the am to take this matter up with the general manager and he didn’t really care to look at the video and said I had to wait until another room was available. Fine. So I called corporate to make a complaint and send them the video and when I went downstairs to inquire about the room the General manger Told me that he’s not giving me another room and my points and if I want to leave I can because he spoke to his housekeeping supervisor and she checked the room after it was clean and I created that mess. He blamed me for the bathroom field with ( not my hair) dried up toothpaste and urine feces and soap scum which I never used the sink nor tub. He said I did that. So went to show him the time I checked in and the time I took the video and he said I don’t want to see your video. You created the mess. My housekeeper cleaned the room. So I asked another house keeper( nice lady) to look at my complaint and she vouched that the disgusting room had not been cleaned and the mess is old. The supervisor Mariom that came up yesterday told the rude general manager that I created the mess because she’s trying to cover her own butt, kept telling me she checked the room. Wow! So I asked the disgusting rude General manager for executive manager contact and he told me he’s not giving me that info and then asked me to leave.. I said I’m not leaving because I’ve done nothing wrong. I called Hilton corporate and left a complaint to the president, and waiting for action to be taken care of! I never in my life been blamed for creating a mess even though I had proof! He needs to loose his job. I will pursue this further since I have family in the legal field . So-So Just Average. I've been to so many Hampton Inn and Suites over the years, some exceptional some not so great. This property is nothing special, it was on the expensive side and during my visit, the staff was a little overwhelmed as the hotel was packed for a classic car weekend. First off and no fault of the hotel my digital key did not work so I wasn't able to preselect my room. From experience staying at Hampton Inns, I usually book and get a king suite. On this visit, I was given a double queen room, which didn't make sense for one guest and full hotel. My room was okay, the furniture was dated, the wifi wasn't that great, which isn't good for a business traveller or a traveller in general who needs to connect. My carpet had some stains on it and there a slight musty smell in the room but the room was as clean as possible. My bathroom was clean as well. The room itself was nothing special and did have many outlets to plug in my devices, but I managed. The hotel as I mentioned needs a bit of a facelift or some new carpets. The gym was small and cramped but I worked out at Crossfit Pueblo so the condition of the gym was not that important. The staff were as helpful as they could be so no issues there. My only complaint is that I left a battery charger in my room and didn't realize I had left it there until I was way into New Mexico. I called the hotel to ask if they had found it and the person who answered took my number and said they would get back to me. After three or four calls no one got back to me, which was disappointing. If I'm in the area again for the price I'm sure I could find a better hotel.

So-So Just Average. I've been to so many Hampton Inn and Suites over the years, some exceptional some not so great. This property is nothing special, it was on the expensive side and during my visit, the staff was a little overwhelmed as the hotel was packed for a classic car weekend. I am very disappointed in this hotel stay especially for the price we paid. The customer service was great, can't complain there. We checked in and went to our room. After a long trip I proceeded to the restroom. Did my business and went to flush the toilet and and it did not work. As I looked there was almost no water in the toilet bowl. I then lifted the lid to the tank to see if there was an issue there. There was no water in the tank. So unable to flush the toilet. I called down to the front desk and told the customer service representative what was going on. She said she would be right up. After about 15 minutes she came up with a new room key and apologized for the situation. We proceeded down the hall to the new room. Everything appeared to be working there. The rooms were a little bit older and could have been a little more updated for the price. The bedding seemed to have been around a while. The bench in the room was a little torn up. The carpet seemed to have been around for some time. I did not go bare footed. Later that evening my husband went to take a shower and the drain in the tub was rusty and corroded. As he was in the shower the water was slowly draining. By the time he finished the tub was half full of water and needless to say his feet and ankles were covered in dirty water. It took about 10 minutes for it to completely drain. He then had to rinse the gunk out of the tub and rewash his legs and feet. It didn't end there. The bedding was so outdated and not very warm. The heat in the room didn't work that well. The door had a gap around the bottom and one side of it. You could hear a lot of the noise in the hallway. The door to the closet didn't close very well. We later went down to the snack area and purchased some snacks. They had a nice variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. While we were eating our chips and soup it all seemed stale. It was hard to see the expiration dates on it because it was over other print. I wonder if the Microtel next door would have been a better stay. The location is convenient. It's right off of the interstate. There is a Taco Bell, a Culver's, a cannabis store, four gas stations, a liquor store and a Market Walmart in the area among a few other businesses. There was a big concert/ Valentin's dance in Pueblo that evening that the front desk wasn't aware of. They should know of happenings there to share with guests. I found it in a Google search and some other guests staying there knew about it. From the issues we experienced during this stay i would not recommend this hotel...

ZERO STARS!!ONE STAR FOR WARNING!!! Wow if you have young children do not stay here I was told to leave the property after staying there several times and always loyal faithful guest I was told to leave the facility and property because there was noise complaints because my two year old grandson was being a two year old and I believe that anything that ever comes from me and our children ever is always going to be life you know not anything that is out of the norm you cannot discriminate against a child and tell us to leave because a 2 year old was being a 2 year old and playing and laughing in the neighbor made a complaint and so and then the maids I always clean my rooms I always clean my rooms make the beds and everything before I check out I always have always will I don't have to but I do and I do not leave message behind the maids said that I had there was candy on the couch that they could not get off you can get candy off of anything but I do not leave anything behind like that I mean if there was a piece of chrome or candy you know that you needed vacuum or something that's you know like a tiny one cuz I I make sure everything's swept in one corner beds are made and I was told that I cannot come back so this right here shows me there is a deeper issue somewhere in this business that is needing attention also when I got home my license plates are gone on the back of my car and they told me there's no cameras for the parking lot so my property got stolen on their property and they are liable for that this is negligence this is discrimination I will take them to court I don't I didn't want to ever have anything ever go there but I really am still in shock that I had to leave and I can't ever you know go there again because my grandson and me were playing or doing whatever we want to do is our business when we rent when someone rent a room it's their business this is my business what I do my room you know it isn't they don't pay for it to be able to say so you know the neighbors don't have a say so what I do in my room I'm not even doing anything wrong or bad that right there also in room 220 my grandson is 2 years old I turn around and he had the window open and there was no screen and he almost fell out so I will be taking this business to court for negligence for discrimination and for my property being taken on their property and then negligence for them not properly attaining to this so if I were you I would not stay here for anything I never leave bad reviews and this thing need it reviews that's all I can...
