Subway — Restaurant in Pueblo

Not sure if they were just having a bad day and decided our sandwiches were the best place to take it out on but the "sandwich artist" that put together our sandwiches threw it together with such an attitude. Then when the gal rang up our order she asked if we wanted chips and drinks. I specifically said just the chips that come with the meal and then said we would also like a second medium drink. Guess she didn't hear because when we asked for the second cup she threw an attitude and then had us pay for it. We don't mind paying for the things we ask for but there's no need to be nasty about it. I don't think we will ever come back to this location. Such a nice new building, too bad the customer...

I completely stopped using Subway because on back to back occasions I would order a cold cut combo Pro and would get the sub home just to see THERE WAS NO double meat!! It has happened so many times that I stopped eating Subway cold turkey, no pun intended.

The staff just says "bring it back and we will put the rest of the meat on it". Sorry but I drive a Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8 and it cost me more money in gas than the sub would be worth if I drove there two times.

They need to create some kind of mistake coupon or some discount next time you would order. As the "come on back and we will fix it" just...

I Love eating fresh food. But I ordered a roast beef sub. The young Man that was working there ask what I wanted . So I need a wheat foot long roast beef sandwich. The young Man told me that my wait would be 15 to 20 minutes for the roast beef to thaw out.
