I have gone to this Taco Bell a total of 5 times since I have moved, 2 out of the 5 times I have ordered just for myself, other times was with my family. The 2 times I have ordered were the worst. Any time I order anything even if it doesn’t come with Lettuce I still state I’m very allergic to lettuce, please make sure that no lettuce accidentally falls into my food. Luckily I am used to people messing up on my food. I ordered a steak quesadilla, steak Chalupa with absolutely no lettuce, and a chili burrito. The steak Chalupa had no lettuce. It was awesome. The steak quesadilla however was stuck to the bag that covers it, when I am stuck it from the bag and flipped it over there was lettuce halfway hanging out of it. I then drove to the drive-through., Tried to explain to the lady and show her about the piece of lettuce hanging out of it. Upon showing her she didn’t show that back at me then told me that she could not take it and throw it away. Not understanding the risk of it being in my possession with the lettuce. So I looked around for somewhere to dispose of it. She then assumed I was going to throw it on the ground and asked me to please not to, I ignored it. After saying that she didn’t close the window on me when I wasn’t done talking to her. So it made me mad. I started yelling loud enough for her to hear me. You must not understand if I would’ve ate this before looking at it I would’ve ended up in the hospital or worse. Then you would’ve had a lawsuit on your hands because I said it more than twice that I was allergic to lettuce and please make sure that there was no lettuce anywhere on or around my food. the lady then opened up her window and told me to stop screaming at her. But she didn’t understand how stressful it is when you tell somebody that you’re allergic to something and it seems like it was purposely still placed in your food. She then stated that she told the cook line or prep line, not to put any lettuce on it. But did not most likely state that I was allergic to the lettuce. So after some time with the window closed on me, I did some thing that I’m not proud of, but through all the anger and the stress that this caused on me by then throw the food at the building while driving away. I would like to apologize for that and to the person whoever had to pick it up I normally do not act like that. This lady acted like it wasn’t a concern at all to her that I could’ve ate the lettuce she clearly did not care at all. This is a horrible place. I will never come here again, nor bring my kids twice now this Taco Bell has almost killed me. When someone states that they have an allergy, employee should change gloves and not pull from the prep bar, they should pull out all new stuff to guarantee there’s no cross-contamination. After leaving there I had to run to Walmart and immediately buy liquid rapid release Benadryl because I had a reaction to the cross-contamination of lettuce. Thank you so much for not giving a damn about my...
Read moreThe food itself was perfectly fine, but that was just about the only good thing about my experience. All of the building's outside lights (including signs) were off, so I actually drove down Pueblo Blvd several times before I could find it. A man came inside at one point while I was waiting, asked if the drive-thru was open, and politely informed staff that their lights were all off. The woman at the window said "I know" and then turned away to ignore him, didn't even offer an explanation or an apology for it. My order was supposed to be drive-thru, but I changed it to in-store because there was such a long line outside. There were cars wrapped halfway around the building, and at one point the line didn't move for about 5-10 minutes, maybe longer. While I was sitting in my car outside, I saw somebody get out of their car in the drive-thru and go inside twice, probably to see what was taking so long. When I went inside, I was not greeted at all for about 5 minutes despite multiple employees moving around the store and talking to each other and even coming over to the counter to serve another customer. The food itself took longer than expected considering there were several employees in the kitchen, but I don't usually mind waiting for something as long as it's made well. When my food was finally handed to me, the employee turned away and I had to catch one of the ladies that was sweeping to let her know that I was supposed to have two drinks as well. Overall, as someone who has worked in food service for several years, I feel that the service was extremely lacking and things were not handled well at all. It was not a good experience, and I don't plan on visiting this...

Drove up to the speaker and waited 20 minutes and they didnt decided to drive around and preform a mobile order. Got an email saying drive to the speaker and give name drove up and tried to give name but still no answer. Went inside and there was people in there one person told me they were closed at 1245 am. We already paid for the food and instead of giving us a refund they wanted us to drive back the next day to come pick it up. Keep ij mind we are not from here and just wanted to stop for a bite to eat. I told them we would either like the food or a refund and the lady told me that she can get the food to us in 20 minutes if we wait in our car for it. There was only two people working and alot of people trying to get food. I do not blame the workers as much as I would like to blame tacobell for their lack of professionalism towards customers. I honestly don't really want to eat the food because I don't know if they did anything to it, aka spit in food. The attitude the two employees had when asking for food made it so our meal can't be trusted. Next time maybe they could put a sign on the speaker on the front door stating...
