Do not recommend this hotel at all to anyone...They cover up situations and make other people pay for damages that are not truly yours and blame the next person that comes in making false accusations towards them just to get some kind of payment for things that prior were broken. A situation was reported prior when a room was rented n a door was reported as damaged immediately upon entering the room...False accusations were made... different stories were being said between employees and manager...stated by manager Heather that their was video on file showing only myself doing the damage once I walked into the entrance along with going through the hallways and in our room...stating I was alone in which I was not. Accompany by two others..Come to find out...still waiting on manger Heather to follow up with n yet no response since January 20th. I requested video of me doing any type of damage in which their was not! No video nor voice video was ever recovered n was told they have video of me..Made us pay for damage that was done prior n was reported immediately to desk clerk Meg never reported correctly. Just stated she'll let the morning crew know bout the situation n never mentioned anything. This hotel is up to something and it's employees are at fault along with it's management. This hotel has poor service n when management says they'll contact u back..they make u wait... because they know their at fault n have no evidence at all. Making false accusations. Do not recommend...hotel has bad service, bad customer service and management can do a better job at customer complaints n take them seriously n respond in a timely manner. Instead of charging customers for reporting immediately situations that were prior damage. Definitely will be disputing this hotel n getting my lawyer involved and will be reporting this hotel to better business bureau for false accusations n much more. Rude hotel clerks...

First week got me sick because I didn’t realize it was pet friendly and I’m allergic to cats, Was brutal took a trip to the hospital because of an asthma attack. Second week was bearable with the different room I got and help from some Claritin allergy medicine. But I had requested a fridge the first week, 3 different times. They said I would be charged extra but never got the fridge. I asked two more times the second week still no fridge, so I asked again the 3rd week after I was put in a different room and finally got the fridge on Tuesday. Happy I finally got the fridge but now I’ve got bug bites all over me. My arms, neck, legs, ankles and my back. I am positive it’s bed bugs. I dealt with them over 6 years ago; I remember what the bites look like and feel like and it’s exactly the same. I’m pissed cause now I’m probably going to have to toss all of my clothes and buy new so that I don’t drag those things back to my house when I leave after this. The Hampton is right next door only 10 bucks more and it’s better in every way. Cleaner, fresh cooked breakfast, better Internet, NO BED BUGS. I will be staying at the Hampton from now on. Also I very much disagree with all the reviews saying it’s amazing how clean the place is even though it’s pet friendly but I beg to differ. Every room I’ve been in you pick up the pillows or the lower display blanket and it’s covered in animal hair of all different sorts it’s like they don’t actually change the sheets just run a lint roller over the visible areas. Plus everyone at the front desk is rude. Have to go back to the front desk every other day because my card stops working and while you are telling them you need it re activated if they get a phone call they pick it up and literally act like you weren’t there first. To start Mr./Mrs. Owner I have the email that Wyndham Corp. sent me verifying my reservation. Secondly, I personally have stayed in that very hotel 4 to 5 time and on multupule night stays a year or two ago. So ladies and gentleman I think I've notched out one more reason for reconsidering where you can spend your hard earned money.
PS Mr./Mrs. Owner I will not be called a lier and I will not intimidated because you're butt hurt about a bad review!
Our AC went out and I made a reservation so my daughter, son-in-law and four year old grandson wouldn't have to sleep in the hot loft upstairs. After my daughter finished work at midnight she came home to get my grandson (who's four years old) and went to the hotel (at 12:30 AM). Upon arrival they were turned away, the reason being they don't take local residents. Even though they had rooms available and I payed for them to stay two nights. When I called to inquire why, I was told that the owners made that policy. I've stayed at this hotel out of necessity a few time do to the fact that all the good hotels were booked. I highly recommend not staying here, it's in a really really bad part of town and the second time I stayed there my tool box was broken into and $4000.00 worth of tools were stolen.
