Sunsuites at Sunseeker Resort — Hotel in Punta Gorda

We booked a room at Sunsuites for 7 people, paying a very high price. Upon arrival, they gave us a room that was only meant for 2 people. When we went to the front desk to clarify the mistake, instead of receiving a polite solution, we were treated with rudeness.

The receptionist Aleysha handled the situation with a very unprofessional attitude and, most concerning, showed discriminatory behavior toward my children for being Latino. This not only ruined the beginning of our vacation but also made us feel humiliated and uncomfortable.

A hotel should provide hospitality and respect to all guests, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, our experience at Sunsuites was the exact opposite. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values dignity and professional treatment.

Reservamos una habitación en Sunsuites para 7 personas pagando un precio muy alto. Al llegar, nos entregaron por error una habitación diseñada solo para 2 personas. Cuando fuimos a la recepción a aclarar el malentendido, en lugar de recibir una solución cordial, fuimos tratados de manera irrespetuosa.

La recepcionista Aleysha nos atendió con una actitud grosera y, lo más grave, discriminatoria hacia mis hijos por ser latinos. Esta situación no solo arruinó el inicio de nuestras vacaciones, sino que también nos hizo sentir humillados e incómodos.

Un hotel debería brindar hospitalidad y respeto a todos sus clientes, sin importar su origen. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en Sunsuites fue todo lo contrario. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que valore un trato digno y...
