Brambles Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Puyallup

I was in town for just two nights to attend to my ailing mom and see her moved to a nursing home. My stress levels were through the roof and it was purely on a whim that I booked this stay with the Brambles, as an alternative to a motel. ||||This is definitely one of the better decisions I have made lately. I stayed in the upstairs room, with all its books and comfort and the secret little hobbit-hole reading room, sized for children but certainly suitable for adults. I can't express what a blessing it was to come home to such cozy comfort each afternoon, and although the garden was heading into autumn, the spacious grounds and beautiful setting were a balm for the spirit. ||||Barbara and Brad were the kindest and most welcoming of hosts, sympathetic to my emotional state and so welcoming. We went to Puyallup WA for a family reunion and stayed at Brambles with another family member staying also. We stayed two nights and wished we could stay more. The room (ours was the cabin) was impeccably decorated, clean, and the bed - oh so comfortable. My most memorable is the outdoor surroundings! They provided an unexpected, beautiful healing environment through the sectioned off garden areas. It was breathtaking, yet so very comfortable. I accomplished some personal healing in those gardens. My mom came to town for my birthday and came across this place to stay during her visit and when I came over to meet up with her this place was amazing from just looking at it. The place has a very nice calm zen feeling to it and the people who run it are the nicest people you can meet, they also put so much time and effort to make sure you are comfortable inside and out of the room you're staying in. I just live 15 minutes away and told the gentleman " I just may come stay here sometime soon hahaha."
