I went here as a birthday gift, the overall experience for myself was I felt the hair stylist did not want do my hair the pictures I showed her she told me were unrealistic after the internet getting a hold of them so she couldn't do it. She made no conversation with me while she bleached my hair, she left me unattended multiple times for 15 mins at a time after the timer went off on the machine I sat there for a good 15 mins waiting for her to come back. Towards the end when she had to put toner in my hair she conversated with me a little she left me in the sink for what felt like another 15-20 mins which my neck was starting to hurt after awhile. After that she was styling my hair and it came out okay on top, she started talking with me about children and how she seems bothered she had one which I am a mother I felt was very unprofessional and I was bothered by it alot after all the whole experience and then looking through my hair later on I found orange pieces and different colors through my hair I personally would not come back here again I had to go to a different salon...

I’ve been seeing Holly for facials and sugaring for the past several months and she is the BEST! She is very knowledgeable and also very personable. She will make you feel so comfortable during your service and will do everything she can to help you with all your skin concerns. Also, if you’re a weirdo like me and enjoy talking during your services, you will love her! She is such a kind and genuine person. A big part of the reason I come so consistently is because I truly enjoy coming to see and visit with her! I also want to give a big shout out to the front desk staff at Onyx. Everyone I have encountered at the front desk is super sweet and will ask about your day, weekend plans, etc. You can tell they really care and are not just asking the routine “retail” questions. I've been seeing Mikaela for years now! I have seen a few lash lift artists who were fine but Mikaela takes the gold medal! Her lash lifts last longer than any other person who has done them and the experience she gives her clients is top knotch. She is always happy to see you when you enter the salon (which is classy and beautiful btw) and remembers details about your life as you chat during your session! I've gotten lash lifts, facials and eyebrow wax/tint from her and I have never had any issues. I love to go to her because she is continuously expanding her education and has clean product recommendations. Her product recommendations literally changed my face!! After facials with her I was rid of my cystic acne which I'd had for a couple years. She seriously helps me feel beautiful every time I leave her! 10/10 would recommend this salon...
