Casa Royale Inn — Hotel in Quanah

Unsatisfactory Stay week of September 24, 2018||After serving for 10 years in the Army as an airborne ranger in locales that lacked proper sanitary conditions, I am comfortable in saying that I felt more comfortable in the swamps of Florida than I did at this hotel.||For $150/night, I was fine with them not serving breakfast, having a pool, or a gym.||My concern was the smell in the room coupled with jolly rancher wrappers from the previous tenant and a earring with a very sharp post that I stepped on in my bare feet.||Oddly enough, I did not see the earring my first 2 days which reinforced another concern that I had; the staff, apparently, entered my room while I was out. They did not clean the room so I am unsure as to what they were doing.||The earring on the floor may have come from one of the staff during the unauthorized visit. Similarly, the window was left open after I left it closed and my toothbrush had been moved from the wash cloth I left it on and placed on the bare sink.||The hair that broke the camel’s back...was, in fact, a long black hair left on a “clean” towel. As I am bald, it was not mine.||||I would not stay here again unless you are eager to undergo...

We will stop here EVERY time we come through Texas! It may not look like the best hotel in the town or the towns surrounding it but best WiFi we have had in 4 states!!! It was only $49.00 a night with tax when the Best Western wanted $90.00 a night and there WiFi is not great and it is a Monday night! I will pass Wichita Falls and Amarillo to make sure we come here! The TV is HUGE! My daughter gets to play her PS3 and Black Ops. She does not want to leave!

A/C is Ice cold! New refrigerator and microwave.

The toilet is energy saving which all the others states we were in need bad!

The bed is soft not like a rock; all the other hotels we have stayed at I wake up and my back and hip are in pain not here.

Satellite TV tons of channels!

My daughter was not feeling well so I had no problem staying an extra night.

We have to come back this way to go home and we will stop here! The guy at the front desk...

Had to stay here 3 days due to wind problems driving an RV. Parking was nice and big for my rig and the service was fantastic! Room was clean and although a little outdated, everything worked. Room was big and very comfortable. They have fridge and microwave and cool AC! The TV was awesome because it wasn’t the real small ones you usually see in hotels. It was big and the channels were endless! I didn’t even know what to watch cause they have so many channels with super good choices. Service was superb! Super friendly gentleman in front desk and he was super accommodating. Price was also very very good!
