LOFT — Local services in Reston

The staff is always helpful Sarah especially so brcause I have interacted with her the most on my recent visits. I have frequented the Reston store since I moved to the area I have never seen or heard the staff be anything less than patient and kind to customers and callers i mention this be cause or is a small store and can’t help to overhear “Interesting” conversations from time to time. Can’t imagine all they must deal with always graciously and patiently, and I can’t imagine anyone that works at this particular Loft being rude.

Another review mentioned limited sizes but I find a good sampling of what i see online. Not always in my exact size but the selection is not any different than any other stores that have multiple locations, if you really want something right away, you can usually go to another store close by and there is always online shopping with the benefit of seeing in store even if your size is not available, I also find great new items in my size before I see on line.

Easy parking too.

Worst store I’ve ever been in my life ! They don’t care about their customers . I lost my keys there while shopping mind you I knew I lost them after 3 minutes. So I go around the store in the two places I was looking at clothing . Nothing! So I go to the front desk to ask the girl if anyone had found any keys she said no. And sorry I hope you find it . I looked for an hour thinking someone just took it. When my sister asked if they had found it . The other associate there was like yeah we do someone had found it . I was wondering when you would get it . I was so upset because I wasted my time looking for it and they had it the whole time . The girls excuse was oh I thought it was yours ( the other associate ) wow all you did is text on your phone while I looked for it because you said it was busy . So I didn’t even bother to ask you ! Terrible customer service review here. Manager? Lianna? She couldn't have been more unprofessional. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with anything, ESPECIALLY helping me. This girl seemed to be rather annoyed with me and I was very confused as to why? This was the third time coming into this Reston Location and she had the same attitude with me every time. Later I came to find that she knows my daughter and has a huge issue with her..... I didn’t want to believe that that was the reason. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
