Sweet Leaf — Restaurant in Virginia

I, like a previous review, am leaving a comment because the Sweet Leaf website does not provide any contact information.

I arrived to pick up my to-go order and it wasn't ready yet. So I watched as my salad was made, lid applied, and then carried outside. After it was gone for a minute it was brought back in, put in a bag with the sandwich I ordered, stapled shut, and put on the to-go shelf. Being pregnant I at least have to inquire to the staff, why was my salad taken outside? In a flurry they said they'd make it again and did so. They even made the sandwich again. The staff need to pay attention to details in the order receipt. This is second time. They forgot to pack a sandwich, a bread, and dressing. Seems like the staffs are too lazy to look up orders for pickup and trying to short change customers. AND WHY would you put the name sticker covering top of the straw hole on the drink?? Think before you act. Worst customer service. I dont want to drive all the way back to pickup missing items. Get with the program, and put some thought into customers. Not to mention, too expensive for inadequate portion size ( piece of folded bread with a slap of sauce cost around...

I love sweet leaf! The food is amazing quality and the staff is even better! I come here every single day because of those two things. Linda, Israel, Chris, Patricia, Sandra and I know I’m forgetting other names but every single person is beyond incredible at their jobs. They anticipate needs and take care you in a way that not even expensive restaurants down the corner could do. Because I’m a regular, they know my preferences and actually care to remember! 🥹I also love that the menu changes (ever so slightly) with seasons.
