*just avoid *
My recent stay at Comfort I. was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that this establishment lacked basic hospitality standards. The receptionist, greeted us with a level of disinterest that bordered on hostility. Not only was the check-in process devoid of any warmth or welcome, but we were also denied access to the fitness room without any explanation or apology.
However, the true horror began when I realized I had left my laptop in the room after a grueling seven-hour drive. Frantically calling the hotel, I was met with denial after denial regarding the whereabouts of my device. It was only after persistent inquiries and the use of a tracker that I discovered my laptop hadn't mysteriously vanished but was in fact still within the hotel's premises. It was first mentioned that they don’t know anything about it and denials, really made us concerned. After some push, The reception at that time did help to locate the laptop.
Upon returning after 7 hrs of drive back to retrieve my laptop, the receptionist, displayed a shocking lack of empathy or accountability for the situation. Despite my clear distress and the inconvenience of driving back another seven hours, Dhruv initially feigned ignorance about the laptop's whereabouts. It was only after I confronted him firmly that he begrudgingly admitted to the truth and reluctantly handed over the laptop.
The audacity and indifference displayed by the receptionist and the hotel's staff throughout this ordeal are simply inexcusable. The fact that they attempted to conceal the laptop in their storage rather than promptly returning it to lost and found raises serious questions about their integrity and motive.
In conclusion, my experience at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unwelcoming reception to the mishandling of lost items and the appalling customer service, this establishment has proven itself unworthy of any future patronage. Save yourself the headache and avoid this hotel...
Read moreThis hotel is big and spacious. Hot breakfast every morning. There’s a meeting room and a business center! Such a great option if you’re traveling for business. I’ve used the business center all week. I really appreciate the fact that they have all the tools that I needed when my equipment was acting up. Really saved me a lot of time. They are updated parts of the hotel such as the front door entrance area. It’s already a gorgeous hotel but the upgrades are making it even better. The rooms are large! The king bed is truly a king sized bed. There’s a desk (again I really appreciate having space to work)! Great lighting. Bed is comfy, pillows are perfect, and the bedding is nice. The only issues I could find if I was really trying to find an issue is that the fridge is only a fridge. There is no freezer in the top of the refrigerator so I haven’t been able to freeze my ice packs to take my cooler on job sites with me. The hotel staff offered to put my ice packs in their freezer so it was a non issue after all. Again, GREAT SERVICE! The last issue I have found is that my room has an old stall smell to it but I was able to use Microban and Lysol to fix that, so another non issue. Overall this is one of my favorite hotels. I’ve stayed in 100s, maybe even 1000s of hotels across the country and this is on my 10 favorite. The customer service the staff provide is by far the best I’ve ever received from a hotel. Thank you,...
Read moreWhen we first walked in, the room smelled like smoke. I almost went down to the front desk to request another room but my husband said we could ventilate with the air conditioner (it took 24 hours to remove the smell). The bathroom had no soap so I had to go to the front desk and get soap. The room was extremely dark given that one of the three lamps had no bulb. I went back to the front desk and was told they had none and would get me one the next day. They never got a bulb so for 2 days we had to put up with an uncomfortably dark room. The bathroom grout around the toilet was disgustingly dirty so we had to keep our shoes on. The tile by the front door was uneven and would catch our shoes so another reason to keep our shoes on. The mattresses need to be replaced. The springs are no longer good. Will not stay here again or recommend to others. Breakfast was a joke. They ran out of decaf coffee by 8:30 AM today and would not refill. They ran out of waffle batter at 8:05 AM today and no refill. They ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:15 AM Saturday, and didn't refill. Breakfast yesterday had two overripe bananas and five apples. Today had just two apples. There were three large bowls for fruit and this was all they put out. Really? My daughter paid $356 for two nights and we paid $254 for two nights and felt like half that would have...
