Listen to the bad reviews. There are bedbugs in Room 205 and possibly others. We booked a block of rooms for our wedding weekend and one of my guests found bedbugs at 2am on day two of staying here. They alerted the front desk and asked for a different room and were told that there was no vacancy. I cannot confirm that no other rooms were available and understand that the front desk staff can only do so much, but having any amount of bedbugs is unacceptable. We were told we would need to contact the manager on Monday as they were not available on the weekends. I greatly appreciate the front desk staff for helping us as much as they could. The manager was a bit difficult about the situation, even when confronted with pictures of the infested room. We spent our first day being married dealing at a laundromat to wash our stuff we had at the hotel so we didn't bring it home with us. A refund was offered for one room but that hardly covered the things we had to replace that couldn't be washed (luggage and clothing with special washing instructions). I understand that this issue is beyond the control of the hotel but management didn't seem to be very concerned when it was brought to their attention. Again, I thank the front desk staff for their patience with the issue, but you are much better off staying elsewhere to see Cuyahoga Valley.

All I expect when I book a hotel is for the room to be clean. This i did not recieve. I had my wedding over the weekend and wanted to book a block of rooms for my family. We saw bedbugs in the reviews years ago but the management had since changed so we thought the problem was fixed. Unfortunately in one of our rooms we had an infestation that was absolutely horrifying. We asked for a new room and they claimed there was no vacancy even though we rented more than half of the rooms on a floor and knew there were rooms with no neighbors. I called for a refund and the manager told me there was "no reason to flip the beds in the rest of the rooms" because we left 2 mattresses on the floor in our rush to get 15 peoples rooms checked for bugs and checked out in 1 hour. We did get 1 room refunded, though it doesn't begin to make up for the stress put on our family the day after our wedding, nor does it cover the cost of supplies to make sure we don't bring the infestation home, (not to mention we didn't have time to check half the rooms for bugs, but at least one other probably had them). On top of the main issue of bugs, the pool is still out of order, some of the walls are sticky, and at least 4 of the 11 rooms we rented didn't have functional locks on the bathroom door.

Definitely not my favorite. It’s close to the Ohio Turnpike. the staff was very friendly, and very nice. There’s a Quality Inn next to it that I’ve found to be more favorable. The shower had mold growing in the tub and the place was dated. They gave me a keycard that definitely was “recycled.” While I do appreciate reuse, this didn’t give me the warm fuzzies. When I tired to plug in my phone to recharge for the night, the charging station, one of those built into the furniture, sparked and smoked, so I decided that was a fire hazard……I also tried to plug into an actual wall outlet, but my charger fell out of it since it was “well used.” I opted to use the one across the room on the base of the lamp. Not coming back.

*just avoid *

My recent stay at Comfort I. was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that this establishment lacked basic hospitality standards. The receptionist, greeted us with a level of disinterest that bordered on hostility. Not only was the check-in process devoid of any warmth or welcome, but we were also denied access to the fitness room without any explanation or apology.

However, the true horror began when I realized I had left my laptop in the room after a grueling seven-hour drive. Frantically calling the hotel, I was met with denial after denial regarding the whereabouts of my device. It was only after persistent inquiries and the use of a tracker that I discovered my laptop hadn't mysteriously vanished but was in fact still within the hotel's premises. It was first mentioned that they don’t know anything about it and denials, really made us concerned. After some push, The reception at that time did help to locate the laptop.

Upon returning after 7 hrs of drive back to retrieve my laptop, the receptionist, displayed a shocking lack of empathy or accountability for the situation. Despite my clear distress and the inconvenience of driving back another seven hours, Dhruv initially feigned ignorance about the laptop's whereabouts. It was only after I confronted him firmly that he begrudgingly admitted to the truth and reluctantly handed over the laptop.

The audacity and indifference displayed by the receptionist and the hotel's staff throughout this ordeal are simply inexcusable. The fact that they attempted to conceal the laptop in their storage rather than promptly returning it to lost and found raises serious questions about their integrity and motive.

In conclusion, my experience at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unwelcoming reception to the mishandling of lost items and the appalling customer service, this establishment has proven itself unworthy of any future patronage. Save yourself the headache and avoid this hotel...

This hotel is big and spacious. Hot breakfast every morning. There’s a meeting room and a business center! Such a great option if you’re traveling for business. I’ve used the business center all week. I really appreciate the fact that they have all the tools that I needed when my equipment was acting up. Really saved me a lot of time. They are updated parts of the hotel such as the front door entrance area. It’s already a gorgeous hotel but the upgrades are making it even better. The rooms are large! The king bed is truly a king sized bed. There’s a desk (again I really appreciate having space to work)! Great lighting. Bed is comfy, pillows are perfect, and the bedding is nice. The only issues I could find if I was really trying to find an issue is that the fridge is only a fridge. There is no freezer in the top of the refrigerator so I haven’t been able to freeze my ice packs to take my cooler on job sites with me. The hotel staff offered to put my ice packs in their freezer so it was a non issue after all. Again, GREAT SERVICE! The last issue I have found is that my room has an old stall smell to it but I was able to use Microban and Lysol to fix that, so another non issue. Overall this is one of my favorite hotels. I’ve stayed in 100s, maybe even 1000s of hotels across the country and this is on my 10 favorite. The customer service the staff provide is by far the best I’ve ever received from a hotel. Thank you,...

When we first walked in, the room smelled like smoke. I almost went down to the front desk to request another room but my husband said we could ventilate with the air conditioner (it took 24 hours to remove the smell). The bathroom had no soap so I had to go to the front desk and get soap. The room was extremely dark given that one of the three lamps had no bulb. I went back to the front desk and was told they had none and would get me one the next day. They never got a bulb so for 2 days we had to put up with an uncomfortably dark room. The bathroom grout around the toilet was disgustingly dirty so we had to keep our shoes on. The tile by the front door was uneven and would catch our shoes so another reason to keep our shoes on. The mattresses need to be replaced. The springs are no longer good. Will not stay here again or recommend to others. Breakfast was a joke. They ran out of decaf coffee by 8:30 AM today and would not refill. They ran out of waffle batter at 8:05 AM today and no refill. They ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:15 AM Saturday, and didn't refill. Breakfast yesterday had two overripe bananas and five apples. Today had just two apples. There were three large bowls for fruit and this was all they put out. Really? My daughter paid $356 for two nights and we paid $254 for two nights and felt like half that would have...
