Skylark Motel — Hotel in Riverside

I went there to get a room the guy which he said his name is SAM told me 75 dollers I gave him the money he handed me the room key now not even 2 minutes into the room he calls the room and asked me to come to the office I'm like okay here I come I get there he said how many people are with you I'm like myself who is staying in the room and my cousin who is helping me get my things out who is not staying he goes well it's 10 doller deposit for a extra person so again I said he's not staying he's helping with getting my stuff out if you would of continued to watch the cameras you would of seen him leaving but instead you want to assume he's staying . But anyways then he goes and says well I need a 10 doller deposit cause you got a non smoking room so I told him your lying because you would of told me that when I paid you the 75 dollers . So me I'm not about to argue cause I just got off work and all I'm trying to do is sleep now if you can't allow me to do so I'm happy to give ur key back and you give me my money back which he did very disrespectfuly so I asked for his managers name he says he's the manager so I asked for the owner he then says he's the owner ok well give me a card and your full name and number he says SAM PATEL IS HIS NAME . Well long story short I will not return to them I can give my money to a place who will have manners and...

My girlfriend went down to get a soda and when she got back the phone started ringing when she answered no one was on the line. Then there was a knock on the door. It was the hotel clerk accusing her of knocking on his door and calling her a liar when she said she didn't. He then claimed we had answered the phone and set it aside instead of saying anything when she had said hello at least 3 times. He then proceeded to say that her knocking on his door was on video and he was calling the police. I've never seen such harassment and disrespect from the employee of a business I was visiting. I also found drugs, blood, hair and and a tourniquet in the room. I wasn't going to complain because at $67 a night I expected some drug usage had happened in the room. But after being harassed and called a liar I want to warn people to stay away from the nasty...

3 out of 3 stars, for sure. The front desk staff is pretty rude, usually in the housekeeping is very nice. Dreams are decent, but definitely old-fashioned and needs to be remodeled, but they are generally pretty clean, all things considered. I've never had a problem with bed bugs or any other bugs of any kind. Would I recommend it, definitely not but what I stay there again, yes only because the Price Is Right. Just remember, you get what you pay for it. Anyways, thank you Skylark Motel staff her having reasonably priced rooms that are at least somewhat decent and clean. I will definitely be staying there...
