I placed my order online through the mobile app. The app told me that the order will be ready no later than 1:10 PM. I arrived at the location at around 1:20 PM so I am already late for the pick up and thus my order should have been done a while ago. As I parked my car and was reaching for the door, a woman swung the door open while shouting out "F- this, I'm tired of this" and walked off. At this point I knew something was off but kept to myself. As I got to the line, there was two people in front of me. They placed their order and stepped aside for me to wait for the cashier to come back. When he came back, I told him I'm here to pick up an online order and the name is Kevin. The cashier is an older (age: 40 - 45) Hispanic man with gel slick back style, said ok and went some else to disappear for 5 minutes. In the mean time, I stepped aside as I thought he was either looking for my food or helping around inside. From afar I can see that there was three to go bags with the sticker seals to the side but figured it could've been someone else's order. After a couple minutes, the same cashier came back to take the order of three more customers. After the two customers in front of me when lining up got their food, and the three after me got their food was when I went up to the counter is ask is my food ready. The same cashier said he forgot my order and asked for a name again in which I gave. Only after serving an additional 2 more customers their food did I finally get my food. When he handed the three bags to me, I asked him if everything was inside just to be sure (since this isn't the first time BK has forgotten items in my order) and he assured me in an annoyed tone that everything is there. I did not have the time or ability to check at the counter as I was already late to return back to work and the bags were sealed. When I got back to work to eat some food, missing 2 orders of 8 piece nuggets. I filed a complain on the app twice and messaged them twice for any follow up and nothing. Back to that mean manager, I think she thought I was homeless because I used a coupon, and she treated me like a nuisance -this may contribute to the way the homeless people treat this establishment- even though I definitely had never been here before. I needed a jump, and everyone I asked was scared of me the second I spoke to or moved towards them. THAT'S how scary it is over here. So, I was here until a friend came to help. I ordered 3-4 times that day because like how could I not :) Little Miss Manager was cruel every single time. Ma'am, next time you want someone to leave you should help them. Though your sneers were repulsive, I was stuck, not camping in the parking lot (and if I was, so what, I ordered food every time I got out of my car). Read moreI wish I could give this place negative stars. I went drive thru for my order, the girl couldn't understand what I wanted to order. This was not a language barrier situation this was her not being able to process what it was I wanted to order. After 15 minutes trying to order they still managed to get the order wrong. I checked my order before I left because I had a feeling it was going to be wrong and it was. They forgot to add cheese to my Whopper. I had asked for patty on the side because I am allergic to beef. It took another 10 minutes to explain to them that I was missing the cheese and just wanted a slice of cheese so I could be on my way. I get home add the cheese to my Whopper and take a bite. I immediately spat it out!!! They had purposely given me spoiled cheese and after looking at the bread I notice that it had particles of meat. They had added meat then just removed it. I was so disgusted physically and emotionally that someone would purposely make another person sick in this manner. I immediately called their cooperate office and filed a complaint.
