My name is Elizabeth Mena and I have been a Boost Mobile customer for the past 8-9 years now or maybe more. Time flies!! Anyways I was having trouble retrieving my emails. Could not figure out what the problem was. I have had a lot on my plate lately and this just added more stress to my daily routine, because I do all my business correspondence through my emails... So I decided to take my phone to Boost Mobile today 10/10/19 on Chicago Ave in Riverside, California. The customer service representative who helped me out was named Joe. He was very kind and knowledgeable to take care of my problem... ☺☺ Prior to walking into the store I was stressing, however when Joe was done helping me retrieve my emails I was happy again!! ☺ So I just want to thank you Boost Mobile for hiring kind and knowledgeable employees....

Joe went above and beyond my expectations and was able to answer all of my questions about promotions and about switching companies. I was at a crossroads about a couple of phones and he found out all of the information I wanted to know to help me make the best decision for me. The rest of his staff was awesome at keeping up with the demands of the store as it was a very busy day as well.
