Vacation Inn Resort — Hotel in Riviera Beach

BE WARNED!!!! Majority of "OWNERS" are Canadian's it's run by Canadians and most importantly they are so snooty your R.V. or camper has to pass inspection! My Husband and I were inches away from buy a lot for our 40 foot trailer and we kept asking about the BY LAWS. We were not going to spend cash money for a lot until we made sure our 2013 Cottage Camper was good enough with all the Prevost and 300K R.V.'s there BUT some campers smaller and older than their by laws require!!!! The realtor selling it finally answered my husband by reading them, playing them down a lot ... then came the 1 by law that saved us 1,000's "NO SLIDING DOORS" allowed on camper or R.V. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING HERE, even booking a reservation with a owner that won't be coming down for the winter and wants to rent it instead. First off Marley in the office was top notch! She helped with a few matters and her response was spot on. She's one the best of the 210 resorts we have visited. The resort is beautiful. Lots of beautiful vegetation between lots. Constantly being groomed. The pools are heated and warm. Bath houses are plentiful, tile and nice. Big laundry in two locations. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is the highway noise. We were in lot 4 on the water and the noise was so bad it wasn't pleasant to sit outside. The east side of the park is loud. This is our second time staying at this RV resort. We stay long periods of time and have little to no complaints. If something is needed to be fixed there is a 24hr number and they on point getting it done in a time efficient manner. Everything this clean, cleanest and nicest RV stay we have ever had, no other place compares. Definitely worth trying this place out.
