I had a very bad experience with my friend at your store 5840 North Military Trail, Riviera Beach fFL 33407, this July 10-2024. the cashier lady was combative with me when i started counting the items that i wanted to purchase because i thought she had miscounted the items, moments earlier and she had started being rude with me from the begining as well. she wanted me to move out of her sight and i ask the cashier to have better costumer service, and the cashier lady went to get another lady who said she was the manager. they both came with an attitude and the manager said SILENCE everyone!. i answered WHAT? i have freedom of speach and the manager replied to me I AM AMERICAN AND YOU WEREN'T BORN IN THIS COUNTRY and i answered to her THAT IS RACIST! i asked again for a manager and she said she was the manager, beacuse with that kind of treatmentment i didn't really think that she was the manager, then i said i want to talk to the owner and the lady manager said call him he lives in South Africa, and she laughed with her response. It is sad to know that big companies have these types of employees who mistreat costumers. WE ALL DESERVE RESPECT! I gave a star, because zero star, dont allow me to leave a review. Thanks...

This place sucks the life out of its customers. Restaurant and business owners deserve staff that cares and that are helpful and nice, instead on every trip, their met with spite, rudeness, lack of care, and straight up arrogance from all members of the staff at every level. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This business deserves to burn to the ground, but unfortunately that will probably never happen due to the fact that it is one of the only resources for small business to purchase food and materials for their business. Well there is a Chaney bros near Northlake that has an online order and pick up window feature. And they are MUCH nicer and MUCH MORE considerate to their customers that they obviously value. I never thought I’d have to leave such a horrible review for a business, but it seems as if their hiring standard (RD) has plugged to hiring the LITERAL SCUM OF THE EARTH. Drivers: Be mentally prepared. There may be cars blocking the entrance as they're waiting to turn left to FPL. There may be more trucks than can fit in here at once. There are 4 docks, room for 3 trucks facing the exit waiting, and 1 more could pull in and jacknife around and face towards the street. After that, it gets dicey.

I am delivering a Darnel load and am told the lumper service will arrive at approximately my appointment time, so you can see being too early doesn't always speed things up. You may not need a lumper service.

All in all, nice folks to deal with all the way around. Just cost stars for not getting in a door by the appointment time which really screws with your ability to pick your next load up on time, or to even book one, and the check in, lumper, and general feeling of uncertainty.

Go up the stairs in the middle of the docks to check in. There is a clipboard on the blue desk you fill out and the sign says to go wait in your truck...
