Poor quality of merchandise that they do not stand behind unless their manufacturer will refund them. Really?? They take no responsibility? The manager was the worst. Must have a relative in the business or was hired because he looks like he just stepped off the farm. No social skills. Not able to articulate. Just stared and grinned. Totally inappropriate. I waited patiently while the manager was helping the woman in front of me. 10 minutes. then she asked him to show her the product they discussed. Waited another 10 minutes. He never returned, I found him walking around the back of the store, may have forgotten that he left a customer standing in line?? I did contact customer support and they offered to discount a new purchase, however I will not give them anymore money, as they are not standing behind what they sell. Read moreJust went into the Tractor Supply in Rivera Beach, FL. I needed a special part for a trailer hitch. And received help to locate the part. However, when I got to the register, the gentleman behind the counter said he'd closed the register. He hadn't even bothered to check the store to see if there were customers. Then said he would have to open a new drawer to check me out (But he didn't want to do that.)
I really needed the stuff in my cart and feel like this guy was careless. And after being careless, he was not willing to make up for it. The only reason I wasn't at the register before closing is because I couldn't find the part. I was receiving help from an employee who also had a difficult time finding the part too. On top of that there was no warning that the store was going to be closed and unable to check customers out. I mentioned that to the employee at the regoster and he said he "had turned some of the lights off and somebody was sweeping."
