Motel Forrest Rockville — Hotel in Rockville

Small and quaint hotel in Rockville Indiana...we did the day time tour of the Indiana State Sanatorium....and after walking for 5 hrs, we just wanted somewhere close to sleep and relax ....it's 9 mins away....theres plenty of food spots that u can walk to or drive Pizza Hut, Subway, Dairy Queen, Mexican food, and a cafe and 2 gas stations. The room was really really clean! The bed and bed sheets were super clean, the AC was great, and the owner was nice and you can see he cares about his property...and they allow animals which is a win win for me. You cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet but that's not a big deal, the pressure for the shower is low, but again the shower was clean and that was the important part. I did bring my own coffee maker, extra thick duvet, and my own thick towels.....ive never been a fan of Motels.... but this was an AWESOME STAY....keep up the good...

I needed a room for a couple weeks for a project in Rockville. I landed here and after I read the reviews I was a bit nervous but for 2 weeks the price was right. I can address the water issue, is the hot pressure a bit low? Yes but the soft water from a huge water softener running over you is well worth the lower pressure but it's not really that low to complain. Another complaint was the walls are thin. Yeah, if you have everything off and complete silence and someone is next door, yes, you can hear muffled voices just like any other motel. This place is cute, clean and convenient. Beds are comfortable and the owner is diligent on everything. I truly enjoyed my short period here. Is it perfect, no, by no means but...

This is my first ever bad review on a motel. The little Hindu man has no idea on customer service. We had to bring our used towels to the office if we wanted clean ones. Then we had to wait for those to get washed because they didn't have any clean ones. The owner said we should have brought our own. When I told him that's not how a hotel is runned. He said we are more than welcome to leave but no refund. We already paid for a couple days and stuck it out. We heard not to many nice things about this motel and it's owner.the rooms are ok. Sheets and towels clean but old. Breadspreads have cigarettes ||burns. Carpet is stained. No coffee in rooms. All this owner care is about money in his pocket||And...
