Poor service all the time. Employees gather in groups and chat while leaning on the merchandise letting the customers go into every isle searching. I’ve observed employees walking past me not asking if I need help. There’s no cross training. All employees should be cross trained in several ares of the store to help customer get what they need. People don’t go into a hardware store to shop around, they come in need of something or advice on the parts they need. Also the mask issue as mentioned in another review. These people have stated that they don’t care about their fellow citizens who support their business . They are exposed to many people who may be transmitting the virus, spreading it further to all customers. United States citizens need to act as a united people. The entire planet is infected with a killing virus. I’ll go to hardware in Greencastle. It’s a little further but they mask up and help you get what you need. They know and understand...

Straight up funny we rented a carpet shampooer from them and we totally slip our minds and when we went to return it they said 400 dollar I didn't have at the time had to wait for my pay check to pay it as I was waiting to pay it and got my check in and called today like i told one of the employees i was going to pay it they didnt wait like they said they was going to so they filed charges on my wife lmfao wow this place is a joke n half take the drive and go to lowe's or menards why better people cause the people...

This is a very bad review because you sold my friend two guinea pigs. They were too young to be away from their moms! One was a little bit older than two weeks old. Last night she suffered from a terrible terrible seizure and passed away!! Next time please take more care and make sure they are old enough to be away from their mothers! Never coming here again.
