Actual star rating is 0 on every aspect: product, customer service, and price. This is a large scale sham with an excellent marketing front. I purchased a $4k king I8. After two years my lower back began hurting. I thought it was something else at first. Perhaps, my workout routine or I had hurt it lifting something in the past. Then I traveled and slept on a different mattress and woke up with no back pain. I then realized that the mattress was not getting firm even when it was at the highest level of 100. I called the store that I bought it at off of Fruitville, and spoke with the manager there. He said that I needed to download the app on my phone and that may help. I tried that and it did nothing to get the mattress any firmer. When I called back to try to speak with him again he would not take my calls or return them, so I called the company headquarters. They tried to do nothing, but when I stayed on them they finally sent a “technician” out to my home. The technician said that it it did not seem like it was getting firm enough and then he believed that a part may be broken and that he would call it in to get the part. They then tried to charge me $300 for the part even though the mattress was only two years old! When I complained they waived the cost and they sent the technician back out to install the part. However, this time it was a different technician and when he showed up he said that it did not need that part and that that part was working just fine in the mattress! After several more calls into the company, I realized that I was never going to get anywhere with them. They would not give me any kind of refund, they did not stand by their product, it was always somebody different I was talking to on the phone, and it was a different technician each time they sent somebody out. Basically, just a big run around with no resolution that went on for almost a year. I finally gave up and purchased another mattress with a different company which I love. I hope this review will save you $4,000, from a sore back, and from constant headaches dealing with this...
Read moreCheated out of $ 500.00. Beds are nice. No problem with the bed. Our elderly grandma bought an expensive bed here --she is a clearly physically handicapped person. She asked about price any discounts etc?. They told her no big sales really on holidays etc on a little off. She bought the bed. Then, a friend bought a sleep number in another area of Florida and informed her that they should not have charged her the tax. We went in to complain at store. They admitted it was a discount through the state of Florida. The tax can be waived if your doctor writes a prescription that you need an adjustable bed. They just have to get the prescription and keep a file. They said they "do not like to do it extra work.". Everyone is making adjustable beds now-go somewhere else where they don't lie...
Read moreI have had my original Sleep Number bed for 14 years and it was time to replace the mattress. Lots of changes since then as I discovered when I went into the store. Wonderful, patient and helpful young man guided me through my options being very understanding that I am on a budget. I had a spinal fracture years ago and my Sleep Number bed insures I get a good night's sleep and wake up pain free every morning. I had tried a very expensive memory foam prior to purchasing my first Sleep Number. It was horrible, did nothing for my back, and was very hot to sleep on. Looking forward to receiving my new mattress soon! Once you own a Sleep Number bed you will never want to sleep on anything else. You spend a third of your life in bed so it's worth the investment. A gift...
