Sunrise Extended Stay — Hotel in Searcy

Went there because they say they are pet friendly....I paid and extra 25 with 100 depsit for DAMAGES that would be refunded for our 3 legged dog to stay with us for one night after my boyfriend medical procedure on his back. 1st the microwave didn't work and the have no vending machines. So the was inconvenient but not my biggest problem. Our dog is white and they have dark red carpets. So when we went to leave we cleaned up but our dog had shed alot but still no damage just cleaning. You the normal that that happens after anyone stays. The guy came to check the room that I pay 75 for me and my boyfriend and then another 25 for the dog and stayed in the pet friendly designated room. He told me I either had to go buy a broom or vacuum and clean it or pay an extra 20 or 40 dollars to cleaning. I told him fine I will let him keep 20 from the deposit if I could just go. I didn't want my boyfriend sitting in my car any longer than he was going to since we also had a 1 hour drive to get home. So yeah top 3 of worst places I...

I will Never stay here again!!! I stayed here in the past mainly because of the pool. So I decided to treat myself to a 2 night stay so I could lounge in the pool (which is still being advertised on their website). So after checking in & already had aid I noticed there was a cover over the pool. So I immediately went back to the lobby to inquire about it. The clerk told me that the owner just decided not to open the pool this year. I was broken hearted! So there I was for 2 nights with no pool, no working ice machine, no vending machines…NOTHING! I was able to do 2 loads of laundry I had brought. Then upon check out the owner said the floor was too dirty because of the lint & kept $10 of the security deposit. The most horrific motel experience I have ever had!!! I will never stay there again & I recommend no one else do...

They will rip you off.i paid 146 online to book the hotel when i got there. They charged me another $100 deposit which I was supposed to get back plus I had one dog and she was there for 2 days. That was another $100 and I was supposed to give 50 of that back when all was said and done, they told me I had to wait for my deposit until Whoever sewed up the next day but I was out of town so I had to leave. I didn't think nothing of it when I went home. Check my bank 2 days later. They only gave me $80 back. Added a 150 and then swore up-and-down that I had 2 dogs in the room with which I did not.
