Harbor Freight — Local services in Searcy

Very very disappointed at harbor freight for not honoring the 10 percent off on ur very first purchase with the credit card...I made my first purchase today with it and it didnt give me 10 percent off so I asked to talk to manager they couldn't do anything they said call the bank so I did and they said to use the 10 percent off you can only use it the very day u get the credit card...I'm like well ur signs every says ur very first purchase it doesn't say what day but they said they could not help me at all on this so yeah never using this credit card again I love harbor freight but dont like when peopme dont honor there...

You have to give harbor freight five stars simply because of the variety of Chinese tools. I’m not given it five stars because of the quality of the product because of the quantity and the price. You come to Harbor freight because you want to good deal on a good variety of tools. They have a lot of things that you would expect they would have at prices that are comparable to Internet prices. The store is nice, neat, clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The girl at the register I dealt with found some coupons for me and I did not even ask her to. I appreciate that...

I was sent an email by Harbor Freight to take a survey and in return that I would receive a tool box for doing so. Not only was I sent a survey by them, I was sent two of them. So I decided to take the survey and nothing happened. I looked throughout the site I was sent to conduct the survey and seen reviews where others say in their surveys that they supposedly received one. I fill that it was just made up to get people to do so. I really like shopping there but this may change that due to the fact of I was lied to and misled.
