Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Searcy

0 stars would be too many. Every single table was filthy. MULTIPLE menu items and drinks were unavailable as I was told they were “out for the night and wouldn’t make more.” This was 7 PM at a restaurant that closes at 10 PM and was fully staffed by mostly kids complaining about possibly having to make anything at all. What food and drinks were left over were disgusting, inedible and undrinkable. Asked for a refund and was told by the manager who was flirting with her boyfriend at a table in the dining area that she couldn’t give me one and I had to call their corporate office. Called and asked for a full refund as we took one drink of a rotten lemonade and left and was not refunded my full amount. They told me they would not refund my drinks, which I did not drink nor leave the restaurant with, as they were out of sweet and unsweet tea and only had rancid lemonade. Do not waste your money. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left a bad review at a restaurant in my life nor have I ever asked for a refund for a meal, but this was seriously so bad I felt like I had been robbed of nearly $40. No corporate chain restaurant with this much income should refuse a customer a refund in an instance like this. Edit: management gave two free meals and then removed them from my account. This chipotle is garbage avoid. I had made a purchase mon March 10 and found a lady bug or beetle in my burrito went back too store to get it remade and was told no. Didn't wanna make a big stink over a burrito and having it remade but here we are. I frequent this location and am unsure of why I couldn't simply have my burrito remade. Attached is an image of the lady bug/beetle. I decided to get Chipotle tonight instead of making food and was severely disappointed in the quality of service and quality of food. This was not a blame game. I barely got two bites into my burrito before seeing a bug in my food so I simply wanted it remade but no. "She made that burrito there wasn't no bugs in it" was the response I received when trying to rectify the issue. I mean the thing has sauce under its wings lol it was bathing in Chipotle juices. My husband bought Chipotle last night at Searcy, Arkansas and it was fabulous I was so full could hardly wobble lol. So fresh and delicious. I bought the High Protein Salad wonderful. It was so good we went together for supper tonight after going to Planet Fitness to work out. I built my own high protein salad and my husband got a burrito and I can not believe he finished it all. I had to put part of mine in the fridge and heat it up later a bit. I loved that I saw them check the temperature of the tomato etc. I HAVE NEVER seen anyplace I have ever been do that. Makes me feel safer. They have stainless steel counters I love that too. Other sandwich shops in Searcy use plastic ones to build sandwiches and they are yellow from not being cleaned. They have our business for good....
