We had a 20 day stay that we just got done with in July. It was a good stay. I was a little skeptical about staying on the blacktop at first, but it actually was nice to not have all the dirt tracked in and made it easy to keep the trailer clean. Especially with the two dogs I have. They really enjoyed the stay also. The abandoned high school down the street was convenient for them. The prom walkway started about a quarter mile down the street and was it easy bike ride. The Stevenson couple that ran the place did a great job of customer service focusing on a culture of having fun. And it was nice to see them doing the yard work and sword fight with leaf blowers. Thanks for the accommodations!!

We recently moved here from California and found this beautiful place and love it here so much. It’s nice and clean. The rent space is nice and the rental fee is a lot better than California fees. It’s worth it. My kids are having a great time and love it here also. My husband and I found a gem and plan to stay for a long while. It’s a nice community with great neighbors. Management is great and they have great help also. Good customer service also which is hard to find nowadays. Thank you Adam! 😊

Just called and inquired about showers and spots, however the lady that answered was very, very rude, and made sure I didn't want to stay there with the way she was talking to me. And for no reason. Looks like I'm not the first person to have these troubles, and I would not recommend staying here. [Edit] added screenshots of other reviews for yall.

I have stayed at this park several times over the years and find it's friendly, clean and convenient. They've been doing some remodeling of the buildings lately. One thing they could do would be to maybe remove one of the small overnight spots they have and expand the others as they aren't very wide. The nice gal who guided me into my space ran me right into a low cement water service box and caused damage to my Class A. I couldn't see it and was depending on her to guide me correctly. She did give me a small discount for the damage. I could have demanded more, but I was planning to go to Mexico for a paint touch up anyway so...

Ended up staying there for a month (Sept. 2012) because the weather was so nice. Moved to a long term space in the back. Good WiFi, clean bathrooms, cable, quiet neighbors and far enough away from 101 that noise wasn't an issue. Washers and dryers worked fine, but show their age. A short bike ride to major shopping or downtown. A short walk to a nice, remodeled sports bar and restaurant.

Because of the difficulty with parking a large rig here, I'd recommend arriving before dark. And to ask the handyman for parking help if it's...

Probably the rudest woman I have spoke to in a long time. I am always in a great mood and upbeat. I tried to make small talk, this woman was just rude. I have a small 16’ foot basecamp airstream. She yells at me “how am I suppose to know what that is?” I said I just told mam, it’s a 16’ trailer. She replies back 17’ . I said no 16’ . Now she says “im not going to argue with you over 1 foot” I was on the phone in shock. Like what did I miss? Is she joking. I should have hung up but didn’t . Now she’s asking me what am I pulling it with? I say a truck. She persists to know the length of my truck. Follows up with per question which we don’t have any but I got the feeling she thought I was lying with her long pause . Than tells me it’s $75 dollars a night and lists things that are broke and not working in clouding some showers and internet. I told her she needs to work on her phone skills and how to be polite to customers. If it’ was fee I wouldn’t stay here. Imagine having to deal with this woman ….. seriously if she behaves like this on...

This is the only place I was able to find for camping in seaside. They don't rent spots to people under 21, and the tiny patch of grass they call a camping site borders a live-in rv park. Not only is the camping area tiny, they cram as many tents onto the grassy knoll as possible - better hope you like your neighbors, because there is no privacy. I can only speak for the women's bathroom, but they charged a quarter for six minutes of shower time. I was the first to shower all morning, and the water didnt get hot until about five minutes in. The single stall for showering was super gross. There were two toilet stalls, and one sink. The staff was extremely rude. Their prices didn't match what we found online, they do not offer military discount, and the woman who checked us in was surly and unorganized. The parking situation is a disaster, in that there's no parking. we found three spots, with six possible "camping sites". All said and done - I have camped in worse places, but this is certainly...
