If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The café has a simple yet clean and cozy vibe. We were served by an incredibly kind and friendly girl, which made our visit even more pleasant.

We were welcomed with a glass of water that wasn’t just plain water—it was the most refreshing cucumber-infused water I’ve ever tasted!

As for the food: •Salad Rolls with BBQ Pork: The vegetables were unbelievably fresh and crisp—like they’d just been picked from a home garden

•Seafood Tom Yum: The broth had the perfect level of spice, and the seafood tasted so fresh, as if it had been caught that very morning.

•Pork Belly Shoyu Ramen: Every ingredient was cooked to perfection, and the pork belly was tender and flavorful

•Taro Milk Tea: A true delight! It was creamy, not overly sweet, with a generous amount of delicious boba and no excessive crushed ice.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates fresh, flavorful food and exceptional service. What’s even more impressive is that I visited on a regular Wednesday in January—off-season—yet the experience felt unforgettable.

I’ll definitely...

The Noodle House is a delightful find on the Oregon coast and well worth trying. They don't offer the same experience you may be accustomed to in larger cities with Vietnamese restaurants and their large menus, but what they serve is well prepared and delicious. And don't be suspect about pho and ramen on the same menu. Both are fine here. Service was particularly attentive and accommodating. At lunch on a Monday, every table was taken by the time we left, which is a good sign (though none of the customers were Asian). Notably, the Thai restaurant next door that shares restrooms with Noodle House was empty, which saddened me a bit because I am confident they're good too. Also know this restaurant is on what appears to be a particularly treacherous stretch of US 101, just north of a bridge, so be careful. There's ample parking on the south side of this...

Sorry to say, service was horrible. We ordered are food and drinks to go. One of us got a boba drink. A party of 8 came in after us and ordered while we were waiting. They were served their Boba before us and the cashier that took our order came back to us and said sorry they are all out of Boba! Because they made the other party's drinks first. Who does that.

Also when ordering our food, she was somewhat rude in her demeanor towards us. Overall it just sucked and we waited over 30 minutes to get our to go order. Maybe it's because of where I live and being used to authentic Vietnamese food. But I personally would not recommend eating here. I also over heard a couple having to come and ask for part of their order that they hadn't received because the server forgot. I don't know. Try this place at your...

Solid authentic food where I least expected it. Beef Pho + pork belly banh mi were both much better than expected. Portions were fine, not huge, but still good value and much better than I'd expect being in a small town. The broth was very flavorful and a bit different than what I get at my local place in Tacoma and that I've had in Vietnam, but still really solid. The Bang mi was great with chili oil on the side (and added on) and a perfect meal for ~$10. Would definitely recommend if you want a break from the, primarily, fried food at most restaurants throughout Seaside.
